They are the good guys, they see, help, and cover the things the government doesn't. There's a villain who keeps stealing ancient artifacts and known to kill many and many of people. You are assigned a partner Germany or Russia or both. They are Elite Spies, they've been in the association since the beginning because they only have one goal.

But, the man or should I say group behind this is the Axis. But of course Facist Italy is a undercover spy for them but that's just a secret uwu. They are out for world domination and to convert rules and laws for the world.
