december 24th wheeler's residence
after awhile, the party slowly and gradually began to let slater in the group. the six were now all best friends and they spent nearly every day with each other.
the school decided to close early for christmas because of the unknown damage that happened there, so no one at school really knew that slater and tilly found new friends.
"something is coming. something angry." mike announced, "hungry for your blood. it is almost here."
the six were gathered in the wheeler's for christmas eve. karen and daniel were upstairs prepping dinner, steve and nancy were cuddling on the couch and the party were in the basement.
the boys had been doing a christmas campaign while tilly sat on the couch eating pizza - even though mrs wheeler told her to wait for christmas dinner.
"what is it?" will asked.
"it's the thessalhydra, i'm telling you." dustin spoke.
"it's not the thessalhydra." lucas stated.
"there's no way it is." slater agreed.
"it's not the thessallydro." tilly groaned.
"thessalhydra." will corrected her with a warm smile.
"i'm telling you, it's the thessalhydra." dustin repeated.
mike made a loud thud and slammed the figure onto the board, "the thessalhydra!"
"damn it." dustin sighed.
"oh well."
"shit." slater groaned.
"it roars in anger!" mike explained, "will, your action!"
"what should i do?" will asked his friends.
"fireball him!" lucas instructed.
dustin nodded, "fireball the son of a bitch."
"fireball!" slater exclaimed.
"mattie?" will turned to the girl who was slowly stuffing her face with pizza.
"fireball it, you dummy!" tilly ordered while raising her good hand.
her right arm had a pearl white cast on it which was full of writing and drawings. she had forced each of them to write the chosen name she had given them.
there was: 'a.w slater' in green; 'lukie-pookie' in orange; 'dustbin' in black; ''mikey' in blue and 'willy will' in purple. the rest were just drawings will had drawn, she let him use it as a canvas.
