Roseanne's PoV
"Lisa let's go home before you go overboard with the drinks! You're driving" I exclaimed
"Just one more shot babe and I'm all yours I promise" she clunked her drink with the football team girls. Whilst I had to watch all of this sitting on her lap.
"Lisa please" I whined "Jisoo and Jennie have left already"
"Well it was obvious they both wanted to have sex they were all over each other! That's why they left so early" she explained earning a laugh from the whole team
"Come on Lisa my parents want me home" I whispered in her ear
"Just wait a few more minutes babe" she wrapped her arms around my waist and I just sighed.
Suddenly all the lights turned off and I couldn't feel Lisa holding me anymore. I panicked. Then there was a spotlight that shone on my girlfriend. She was standing on the stage with a mic in hand. What was she planning on doing?
"Hi everyone. I'm Lisa. As I'm sure you guys already knew that, But to wrap this night up I wanted to say thanks for such a great half a year. Christmas is coming soon and I'm sure we all can't wait till the holidays. I prepared a lil something. A slow dance for all the couples in the room and even if you don't have a partner grab anyone you can find. So for tonight I dedicate this last dance to someone very special to me" she passed the mic to a girl who I supposed was the singer and the sound of the piano started playing.
"She's such a scene stealer" One of her teammate's scoffed
"And a sap" another added
She walked off stage approaching me with her warm smile.
"Can I have this dance?" She reached out her hand
"Yes" I gladly placed my hand on top of hers
A few months later...
"Chae what are you planning on doing in the future?" Jennie asked sitting on top of her school desk
"Well I really don't know" I answered
"Are you still gonna be my manager?"
"You see Jennie...I really want to go to university, study, having a less hectic life and just enjoying time with friends but-"
"You're already doing all of that though" She cut me off
"No it's different Jen. I really want to go to school with.."
"Lisa" she sighed "I know"
"Not just because of that. You know I love you so much but don't you ever get sick and tired of cameras? Hiding? And just feeling imprisoned" I held her hand "do you really want this life?" I looked deep into her eyes
"I-I can't back out Chae. Not now. Not after all my hard work-"
"Work for what? Are you truly happy?"
Tears were welling up in her eyes and the girl slowly broke down. I cradled her in my arms and cried with her
"Chaeyoung?" Lisa stood by the door
"Let them have their moment" Jisoo put her hand on top of her shoulder
I looked over and saw Jisoo and Lisa smiling at us. I gestured them to come over to get into a group hug. The reluctantly agreed and us four huddled up smiling at each other.
