Pope drove over to the docks where Topper boat was, the three stared at the boat as Pope started to speak. "2020 Malibu, 24-MXC. the worlds finest wakesetter. number one in quality, luxury, and performance." he repeated JJ's words from a few days ago.
"this is war, Pope. they hit us, we hit them." JJ responds pulling his fishing mask over his face and Pope took his shirt off tossing his hat down jumping in the water. Ace stood up walking over to JJ watching Pope.
"JJ, are you sure this is a good idea?" she asked the blonde looking at him.
"they hurt you, Ace! they deserve this, i'll turn this boat back around and beat the shit out of Topper and Rafe right now for what they did to you guys, but they definitely deserved this." he looked at her, "i should've gone with you guys"
"JJ, don't start blaming yourself for this please. you know how Rafe and Topper are, they're assholes but i don't want you guys getting in trouble for this" she brought down his mask looking at him.
"i got it handled, i promise" he held her face gently.
Ace nodded as JJ slowly started to lean in, she laid her hands on his wrists smiling at him, as soon as their lips were about to touch, Pope climbed up the ladder making the two pull apart as he showed the plug.
"wow, you did it. i'm so proud of you right now. holy crap" JJ smiled at him.
"JJ, Ace." Pope said.
"yeah?"
"you can't tell anybody." Pope looked at the two.
"oh, no, yeah. totally, dude." JJ started to say.
"no, i'm serious, dude. not Kie, not John B, nobody."
"yup, my lips are sealed. give me that. give me that." JJ grabbed the plug throwing it far into the water. Ace walked over to Pope hugging him tightly.
"i'm proud of you" she mumbled.
"okay, let's get out of here!" JJ ran back to them as Topper's boat slowly began to sink.

the three ran back to the château getting changed grabbing their surf boards meeting up with John B and Kiara in the water, they ran down to the beach smiling seeing their other two friends in the water.
"hey! save some waves for us!" JJ called out.
"hey, where you been?" Kie asked.
they all smiled jumping on their surfboards swimming over to John B and Kiara. Ace caught the first wave swerving around and doing a few tricks JJ had taught her. the crew surfed for hours until it got dark, they all dried off and got changed hanging out by the hammock where JJ and Ace laid down looking up at the stars.
