I completed a design draft (see bloopers) that had been sitting untouched for about 6 months (oof). I liked the idea I had then but it just felt incomplete and I didn't know what to add or subtract so I left it.
Finishing it now and being satisfied with the result, I realize it was just a case of a missing resource. I guess sometimes the thing that completes your design may not be in your possession immediately and you either have to wait for it to come or improvise.
Tip: Sometimes when you go to create a design, having a goal such as an effect or style you want to achieve in mind will help you progress faster.
