(firstly, go back to chapter one. I changed the whole thing, so you might want to reread it :))) )

Something woke Sophie up, a gentle touch to her arm as she squirmed a little.
Her heavy eyelids opened, and she instantly recognised the brown hair immediately.
An arm was wrapped around her nightgown, and her heartbeat quickened in pure horror.
In shock, she stumbled up, eyes widened in terror as she noticed her surroundings.
What was she doing there?
Fitz still seemed to be asleep, as of now, but his eyelids started flicking, and Sophie took the opportunity to run out of the room.
What on Earth was happening?
Her heartbeat paced as she stumbled down the stairs, barely noticing the way her vision blurred as tears clouded in her eyes.
Keefe.
His eyes suddenly seemed empty, almost as shocked as Sophie was.
Still, hurt flashed in the tears brimming, and Sophie knew it taking all of his willpower not to run off.
He couldn't see her there like that, it was just horrible.
She ran into his arms, sobbing as tears sipped into his tunic.
"I- I don't know what's going on, I woke up and- and I found myself there-"
"It's okay Foster, it's okay," he whispered, letting her cry into his shoulder.
"I'm sorry, I would never ever do that, I don't know what happened-"
Sophie stopped, suddenly realising that his hand dropped from patting her back, lifting her head, sniffling as she took a step back.
"W- what's wrong?" she asked, her voice hoarse from crying, her eyes meeting his cold gaze.
Somehow, those ice blue eyes didn't feel warm anymore as it met hers.
"This isn't working out Sophie. You still ran back to him," he turned his head, and Sophie did a double take by blinking her eyes, hoping it was all a nightmare she would wake up to.
"Wait, no. I don't know what happened! It just- happened!" Sophie took another step back, as if an invisible wall was forming against the both of them.
No, she couldn't do it.
She loved him, and she was certain he loved her.
Yet, a voice echoed against her consciousness, whispering, "But does he still?"
Something told her, from the way he just wasn't looking at her with that comforting stare, that he didn't.
Not anymore.
Something shattered in her, those broken pieces shattering into millions more.
"No, Keefe, please don't. I love you, don't do this!" She yelled, running back to him, hugging him as tight as she could, hoping that it would change his mind.
Still, no movement.
No peck on the forehead, no arms wrapped around her, no tease that it was adorable to see her frustrated.
Nothing.
"Catch you next time, Sophie," he shrugged her off, his back facing her making her feel colder than the time at Mount Everest, making her numb every muscle.
She couldn't move, she couldn't even feel.
Just standing there, a heartbroken statue, staring in tears as he leapt away without giving her a second glance.
Only after did she crumple to the floor, feeling every part of her rip to shreds as she sobbed harder than she ever did, not knowing what was going on anymore.
She closed her eyes, shutting them tight as she stared at the very spot he left.
It was over.

Sophie gasped for air as she jotted up, noticing her tear stained cheeks as she took a look at her surroundings.
It was just a nightmare.
She laughed, not knowing whether it was from relief or from how funny it was, to think that Keefe would ever let her go like that.
How weird it was, to wake up to see anything but the blond hair on his forehead, or the little smirk he would have whenever he woke up earlier than her.
She felt the arm scoop her back to lie down, and she did, finally feeling back to her safe haven.
He was still asleep, she realised, as a little grin swept away her frown a moment ago.
How adorable it was that his arms could subconsciously find her.
She sighed as she took a slow calming breath, taking in the sweet scent of his shirt as she thought about how she wouldn't spend her life with anyone else.
Finding her arms to his back to hug him like she did with Ella, she traced a few "I love you"s in the English against his back, letting the calming motion bring her back to sleep.
As hed mind started to shut down again, peaceful dreams following as she felt his presence wrapping her in layers of comfort, something found her way into her thoughts.
Whether it was her dreaming, or it actually happening, before comforting darkness found its way to her mind, she was certain a calming breeze swept through her mind as he pulled her a little closer.
Then whispering into her ear,
"I love you too."
