My head rested in my hands as I sat in my desk chair at the office. Everything as of right now was being run by Lorenzo because I'm too focused on Aria. I found out where she's staying, at her father's house. Once I made sure everything was okay with Lorenzo I'm going to go over there.

I was served with divorce papers today and there was no way in hell I was going to sign them. Obviously, her father must have arranged something for the divorce papers to get to me as soon as possible. He doesn't know about me killing his son, Aria must've not told him.

We weren't getting a divorce, there was no way. I am in love with her and we aren't going to end things because of something I did. Yes, it was fucked up and no one could ever forgive someone for doing what I did but I had hope.

I ran my fingers through my hair as I looked down at the divorce papers. Aria's signature on it in black ink, my jaw clenched down.

Pushing my chair back I stood up, grabbing the papers I made my way out of the office. Lorenzo was walking my way.

"Everything is good right? If you need anything it's all in my office."

"Everything is fine. I got it covered. Don't worry brother.", Lorenzo said.

I nodded before walking past him, through and out the building. I got into my car and the next thing I knew I was on the road on my way to see Aria.

•••

The door opened revealing Aria's mother.

"Giovanni, I don't thinks a good idea for you to be here.", she said softly.

"Mrs. Esposito, please I just need to talk to Aria. Just tell her a friend is at the door, please.", I begged.

She studied me for a moment before she sighed then nodded. When she left I looked around and waited.

I looked up to see Aria walking towards the door when her eyes caught mind she shook her head. She went to turn around but I grabbed her arm.

"Don't touch me.", she said.

"Aria, please listen to me.", I told her.

She shook her head and tried to walk away but I grabbed her arm again and pulled her towards me. I reached for the doorknob and closed the door leaving her and I outside.

I grabbed her arms and sat her down before pointing my finger at her.

"I said to listen to me. Now just sit down and listen, why do you have to be so hard headed?", I snapped.

Aria rolled her eyes before turning her head.

"I don't want to talk or listen to you. You killed my brother.", she said.

"I know, okay? You've repeated that multiple times and you know what Aria? I don't regret it. No, no in fact he deserved it and you know that's the damn truth. He killed my ex-wife, Aria. My unborn child. So yeah, I killed him. If you want to get specific I shot him in his head.", I told her.

"Stop.", she warned.

"No, no! I tortured him until he cried for his mother."

"Stop it!", she said again.

"Then I decided I should just end it, so I put the barrel of my gun to his head and pulled the trig-"

"Stop it!", Aria yelled standing up.

Aria covered her mouth and she sat down slowly tears trickled down her face.

"Listen, I'm not signing those papers. If I'm going to get you back I'm not gonna lie to you. I won't lie and say that it didn't feel good because it did, Aria. It was like a weight was lifted from my chest and I finally got justice for Greta and my baby. Aria you know that your brother wasn't a good person and you and I both know that if it wasn't me it would be someone who'd of done it.", I explained.

It was the truth.

"Giovanni, I can't just forgive you! Honestly, I wish it was easy to get rid of you! But even if I tried and even if you signed those damn papers I couldn't get away because of this damn child that I am carrying!", she yelled.

I stood quiet.

"I am stuck, Gio! I am stuck because of this baby. If I could turn back time to not get pregnant I would because this is hell!"

"Aria don't you talk about our baby like that. How could you say that?", I said.

Aria pushed her hair behind her ears.

"I just want you out of my life.", Aria said.

I felt my blood begin to boil.

"Fine.", I said.

I pulled my gun out of the inside my jacket pocked it and laid it on her lap. My eyes went from the gun to Aria's face, she had a confused look on her face.

"What am I supposed to do with this?", she asked.

I cleared my throat and looked at her.

"The gun is loaded, you pull that trigger a bullet will shoot out of it. You, uh, want me out of your life well here's your chance to have it that way. If this is what you want you pick the damn gun up and you shoot me. Kill me. You want me out of your life then do it, shoot me! Tell our child that I love him or her but if you want me out of your life you kill me right now.", I explained.

Aria stares at me.

"Do it.", I said.

She didn't move.

"Do it! Kill me, right now. You want me out of your life then squeeze the trigger of that gun when it's placed to my head. Think of me killing your brother and enjoying it.", I raised my voice.

Aria picked the gun up slowly then looked at me.

"Kill me!", I snapped grabbing her hand with the gun in it and pointing it to my head. "Just do it, because if I can't have you as my wife. If I no longer have your love then there is no reason for me to live. You don't want this baby anyway."

Aria looked at me her lip trembling, the gun still pressed against my head. She shook her head.

"I can't."
