Ame's P.O.V

Dear diary,

Yesterday was chaotic to say the least...

It started with the meeting announcement; a new terrorist group. Then the accusations, my outburst, and what I'll call the bathroom confrontation. This all ended with an explosion that totaled the UN building.

Very crazy, I know.

Luckily, only a few people were hurt from oncoming glass shards of the explosion. However, there were a few exceptions, namely, Germany and Poland, along with three other workers.

Germany and Poland were inside the meeting room when it went off. They broke the nearest window and Poland attempted to fly down to safety. Sadly, his wings were designed to carry himself, and only himself. They acted as a parachute rather than wings. He ended up wrapping them around Germany when they got closer to the ground.

After they reached the ground, an agonizing cry erupted from one of them. Poland landed on his left leg and it cracked upon impact. There were a few other broken bones and torn muscles from both Germany and Poland.

The three workers were in the building, one on floor nine, and the others in the basement. The lady on the ninth floor was said to be one of the many workers that was tasked as a translator who took documents of important data from other countries and relaying it to a person higher up. The two guys in the basement were janitors who were well liked. It was supposedly their second month of working there.

There have already been countless articles published all "explaining" what happened. Of course, none found the answer, but I didn't have one myself, so who was I to argue.

All of this caused a new plan to be put in motion.

UN specifically called all of the countries over and had us follow him to a local public park. We shooed off any reporters who refused to give us privacy, there were a lot of them. He explained the we were all to relocate to the EU headquarters in the immediate future, failure to do so would result in trade cuts, member banishments, and an extensive search team with a permit to turn over their house.

We all quickly compiled, booking planes to go there immediately.

I, myself, called a company and booked a flight. I also volunteered to take Germany and Poland, because they weren't aware of the new changes. A few glares were thrown my way, but UN obliged and allowed me to take them.

I'm just confused and mad as to what happened. I have a seeking suspicion that the South Wind has something to do with this, but there are no links. Well...other than Mexico.

Anyways, until next time.

I click the top of my pen and set it down as I closed my book.

There were still so many unanswered questions...

I sighed, for this was not the right time to contemplate.

To say that I was spooked would be an understatement, I was utterly terrified. I finally realized what caused my deja vu yesterday, Nine-eleven. Sure, they weren't parallels, but the impact was the same.

I stuffed my diary into my suitcase, and zipped it shut. I still needed to tell the states about this plan that UN formed.

I knew that they could handle themselves, but I didn't know how long I'd be gone. It could be a week, a month, or even a year, perhaps more.
