Namjoon's pov:

I was still a little bit upset that juilet suggested even going to such a place. If a hybrid is able to turn evil, I don't even want to know what it will do to juilet. I know that she's our only hope in figuring out how to end the shadow hybrids but no one in hybrid island has ever seen a human before.

"Namjoon, are you still upset?" Juilet ask as we got off the boat

"A little bit but I'll live. I just don't want you getting hurt anymore," I sighed

We walk up the stone stairs to a house that my family build when I was four years old. The boys would love it here too. I wonder how hybrid island looks like tomorrow. For now, we need to settle down.

"Would you at least think about it?" Juilet ask

"If it makes you happy but if the boys find out about this especially jin, I won't hear the end of it," I said

"Really?!? Thanks joonie," juilet thank as she kissed me on the cheek

I blush a little as I watch her run towards jinyoung. Probably asking if she can go find her room. She's lucky that she's adorable.

"You're whipped," jinyoung laughed as he walk up to me

"Oh shut up. You would be too when you find yours," I point out as we head to my office which was once my dad's

"Which will be a while. Anyway, are you really going to think about sending juilet there?" Jinyoung ask As I sat down on the chair

"Yeah. You're right. She's our only chance to make things right. The only problem is how are we gonna sent her over there. She's not a hybrid and she won't exactly blend in considering her scent," I said

"Which is why I bought a few items to make her seem like one," jinyoung said as he showed me a headband of a fake cat ears and a fake tail

"When did you even find the time to get these and why a cat?" I Ask, a little offended

"Chill wolf boy. It's the only natural animal for her and she does sometimes act like a cat whenever yoongi's around. As for when, you dont need to know" he said

I'm not even going to bother. I should have seen this coming.

"Moving onto scent. I call in mingyu to come later on today to help us with that," jinyoung said

Right, mingyu. I forgot he had the power to place a scent on any creature considering that he is a snake hybrid.

"How is he Anyway?" I ask

"In hiding. He told me that two years after you left, he had a feeling that something bad was going to happen. He was Right, your dad was overthrown by the shadow hybrids and namjoon," jinyoung said, sadly

"What is it, jinyoung?" I ask as I stood up from the chair

"Your mum...She's dead," jinyoung said

"You can't be serious. She was fine when I left," I said, shock

"That's the thing. Your mum got killed and I don't think your dad will survive much longer in the dungeons according to what bambam said," jinyoung whispered

"My mum is dead and my dad is almost on his last lifeline. They will pay!!!" I roared as I felt my body changed into my wolf form

"Namjoon, calm down. Things will get better soon. I assure you. We don't need to juilet to see...gold?" Jinyoung said, confuse

What does he mean gold? I growled at him asking what does he mean.

"Namjoon, your fur it's gold!!! Like actual gold. I have never seen one like it. Mingyu must know something about This," jinyoung said

Gold? I don't believe him. I make my way to the mirror and he was Right. My fur...It's gold. How could this happen?

"What's wrong?" I juilet's soft voice as she entered the office

"Its that namjoon!!!"I heard juilet exclaim

"Yeah, I have no idea why is his fur gold but I think the rest of your mates fur could be gold too. We'll ask them a week later," jinyoung said

"Can you changed back?" Juilet ask as she approach me

I nodded my head as I change back to my human form. I heard juilet and jinyoung gasped.

"What now?" I whine

"Your hair...it's white?" Juilet said, surprise

"Gold fur...white hair," jinyoung repeated the words as he walk back and forth

"What you on about?" I ask as i pull juilet to me

"There's a legend about the golden hybrids but I don't remember exactly what it was about," jinyoung said as he stop pacing back and forth

"Who else know about the legend?" Juilet ask

"Mingyu," jinyoung said

"I guess we have to wait for him to come and explain to us," I said

I have never heard about a golden hybrid before. Maybe my parents didn't want me to know about it.

Hey sorry for the long wait. Cause I've been trying to get more ideas ever since I put it on hold since my exams. Hopefully, i can update more often but I'll try my best. Hope you guys love the book so far 😄
