Ch. 6 "Secrets"

                                                          Sammie POV

It was early in the morning and I was looking in the mirror, I have a huge bruise on my left cheek, a split lip, 

I lift my shirt there wasn't a part on my stomach that wasn't bruised, 

Lets just say my parents weren't happy about me not returning home, then coming home late yesterday, 

I open the drawer in my bathroom using some cover up to cover the bruise on my cheek, 

As far as the split lip I have to think of something to say about what happened there, as far as my stomach 

I will wear a long shirt, I thought 

I got dressed, wearing black skinny jeans, a red tee shirt and a jean jacket, and grey converse, 

I wonder what Stefan and Damon are doing today? I thought as I walked out of the house quietly, 

Once I got to the boarding house, I quietly opened the door, looking around no one was awake yet, or so it seemed, 

I tiptoed to the fridge realizing how thirsty I was opening it, 

lets see wine, milk, 

Score! Sunny D I thought, 

I got a glass out and poured it and put it back in the fridge then started drinking it, 

Ah that's much better I thought, 

I turned around to see Damon and Rose, 

Rose nodded toward me, Damon turned around, 

"Sammie when did you get here?" Damon said walking towards me, 

I just shrugged still drinking my drink, 

He took my drink out of my hand after I was finished 

"What happened?" Damon asked me looking at me serious

"What do you mean?" I asked 

He touched my lip where it was split, 

"Oh I fell," Smiling at him sheepishly, 

He looked as if he didn't believe me, 

"Come on tiny were going for a ride," Damon said 

"Sweet, I call shot gun!" I said running past him trying to mask my pain 

"I don't think so," Damon said 

"Buzz kill," I mumble 

I heard Rose laugh,

We pulled in a underground parking lot, 

"Back entrance how convenient," Damon said 

"That's the point we can't all have little daylight rings," Rose said 

"How do you know this Slater guy is even here?" Damon asked 

"I called him he's here he's always here," Rose said 

"Good," Damon said 

He pushes her against the wall at super speed, 

I flinched 

"Damon!" I said 

"Quiet tiny adults are talking," Damon said 

"Just one thing if you're setting me up in any way I will rip your heart out and shove it down your throat, its something I'm very good at," Damon said
