Chapter 19

I climbed onto his back and he started walking to the house where we found a black car sitting outside the house
"AHHHH! THE FBI FOUND MY SEARCH HISTORY AND THEYRE COMING TO GET MEEE!" I screeched
"Calm down, I'm sure it isn't that" kenma said reassuring me
We watched as kuroo and B/n got out
"So you guys got a taxi while I had to walk all the way home with this elephant on my back?" Kenma asked, slightly annoyed
"Ahah. Sorry" my brother said rubbing his neck
"You better be" I huffed getting off of kenma's back and storming into the house and up to my room
"Grrr." I grumbled putting on my headset "NO NO! YOU IMBECILE I JUST JOINED! DON'T FECK UP NEXT TIME! UGHHHH" I screamed

I ended up just rage quitting after a while because my team was just so idiotic, one of them couldn't even fire a gun
I stomped downstairs to find my brother, kuroo and kenma watching a movie
"OH MY LORD! CAN I GO ONE DAY! ONE FECKING DAY WITHOUT YOU TWO INVADING MY HOME LIFE!?" I screamed at kuroo and kenma
"¯\_(ツW)_/¯"
"BRO, HOW TF DID YOU VERBALISE THAT!?"
"ugh. I hate you all."
"Someone's happy" my brother snickered
"You'd be pissed too if a 12 year old shot you." I grumbled
"Awww, poor baby. Was your team not good again? Do you need a hug?"
"Fuck. Off. Before I punch you in the balls"
"Yikes. Sorry."
"Are those two gonna be staying here tonight?" I sighed
"Umm ya"
"Aren't you guys tired of sleeping on our living room floor?"
"Well we could sleep in ur room?"
"Ew, not just no. But fuck no."
"Then we'll sleep on the floor"

"Just don't lie in the middle of the floor" I glared at kenma and he blushed
"OK! something definitely happened between you two. First is that incident with whatever went on at the whole team sleepover, then you guys acted all weird in the morning after another team sleepover, then you guys are screaming at each other and now kenma is blushing at the mention of sleeping in the middle of the floor! What the actual fuck is going on with you two?"
"Ok, calm down and I'll explain. So the first time was just a prank, we wanted to freak you guys out. The second thing was just that I was down here in the middle of the night, I tripped and landed on top of kenma and when we were trying to escape he ended up on top of me. And we were screaming at each other because he's annoying and he CALLED ME AN ELEPHANT!"

"Ok, now you know."
"................"
"Any questions?"
"... I have one"
"*sigh* what is it kuroo"
"Kenma, is this why you wanted to learn how to flirt?"
"SHHHHHHHHHHH" kenma shushed him and covered his mouth
"Last time you covered someone's mouth it didn't turn out well." I said to him
"Now answer his question."
He slowly nodded his head and looked at his feet
I sat down at his feet and stared up at him
"What are you doing?"
"Oh well, you were looking at your feet so I came to see what so interesting. Nothing really apart from me now."
We made eye contact that lasted about 5 minutes, neither of us wanting to break away first.
His golden, cat-like eyes were beckoning me and I unconsciously started moving forward

~kenma's pov~

'Shit. Why is she moving closer? Does she want to kiss? What do I do?'
Suddenly I felt a flick on my forehead
Y/n's brother had dragged a screaming y/n out to the garden and flicked me on the head, obviously assuming that we were about to kiss
I rubbed my head where he flicked me and sat down on the couch

~Y/n's pov~

B/n dragged me out to the garden
"Listen. At least wait and see if he actually asks you out before you kiss him!"
"Kiss him? What do you mean?"
"You were moving in towards him like you were trying to kiss him"
"I WHAT!?" I screeched
"Uh oh."
"I WASN'T MOVING BY MYSELF! I MUST'VE BEEN POSSESSED! THERE'S A DEMON INSIDE ME"
"Hush, the neighbourhood is trying to sleep"

I ignored him and stomped inside
'Ugh. I spend too much time in my room I'm getting tired of stomping up there'
"I'm staying down here for a while." I said in a monotone voice
"Don't you want to go upstairs?"
"If I wanted to go upstairs i would be upstairs by now." I growled
"Jesus. Okay."
I plonked myself onto the couch and flung my head back
"Put a movie on." I demanded
"How about no, just please go to sleep"
"Ughhhhh so mean"

However, I fell asleep no problem on the couch.
I guess I expected to be carried upstairs but apparently that did not happen as when I woke up I was still lying on the couch with a blanket over me
