I wave to Jason cautiously. He scares me. A lot. But he's here to protect my boyfriend so I like him. He gives me a smile, letting me in considering that I am dating "lilhuddy". Yeah, I've never been a fan of the username but it's fine. It's his brand or whatever.
"Hey Megs! I heard you were coming over, Chase wouldn't shut up this morning," Olivia giggles, pulling me into a hug as I walk towards her.
"He was talking about me?" I pull away, biting my lip nervously. I feel myself tense up as I look at her with wide eyes.
"Okay, okay lets back up." She pulls me over to a couch, sitting down. "Before you get yourself all crazy and he gets worried when he sees you. I have never seen a more lovesick boy than Chase lately. So wipe that anxious look off your face okay? Chase is probably waiting for you up in his room." I smile at her, hugging her again.
I thank her before running off towards the elevator. I scroll through tiktok on the way up, not knowing what else to do awkwardly alone in the elevator. I haven't told Chase I got here yet just to have the element of surprise, but now I'm alone.
