the days flew by
and harry
would have a small talk
here and there
with niall.
few times
occured,
where he saved niall
from the
bullies
but would always end up
getting made
fun at.

today was saturday
the day
we long for
as soon as the week
begins.
but that wasn't the case
for niall
he hated staying at
home,
he hated being yelled
at,
hated being physically
hurt at,
even though how
normal and
casual
it was for him.

he decided to work
in the nearby
beachwood café
to escape from the
cruelty
present at home.

harry starts
to explore the town
and ends up
going to the same
café to get
a cup of
coffee.
he enters,
just to find the few
bullies from
school
sitting by the
table.

he tries to avoid any
eye-contact
and straight up
heads to the
counter.
"niall!"
he exclaims as
he sees
the irish boy.

niall gently smiles
and a tear
leaves his eyes,
harry notices a newly-formed
bruise on his cheek
and asks with his
deep raspy yet soft
voice,
"who did this to you?"

niall couldn't answer
the question
he couldn't simply
tell him
about the horrors he faces
at home.
so he kept quite,
pressed his lips together,
as more tears
started to form in his
eyes.

the tear slowly left
his eye and
travelled down his
pink rosy cheeks,
highlighting
the delicate features
of niall
gradually
yet beautifully.

harry assumed that this
was done by the
bullies sitting behind.
and his anger levels
amplificated
he didn't think even
twice and
headed to the group
of people,
he shouted,
"why would you do this
to him! you are literally
inhumane.
you need to stop
right now, right here
before i do something!"

a tall muscular
guy stood up and
laughed
as loud as he could.
he was tall but wasn't
as tall as harry and
harry didn't find
him scary
anymore.
he was defending
the blue-eyed
boy
but what did it cost?
was it worthy
enough to
risk himself getting
injured in the
broad daylight
by a air-headed jock?

yes, it was.
harry thought to
himself
and didn't move
an inch
away causing the
bully to
make a disgusted face
and form
a fist.

it happened so suddenly
and harry soon
realised he was smacked
straight on his face.
red hot liquid
came out of his nose.
he was bleeding.
he felt pain in every inch
of his body but
he wouldn't regret his
decision at all.

niall came running with
water and a piece of
cloth in his
hands.
he locked his eyes
with harry and gazed at
his outer but also,
inner beauty.
he wiped off the blood
tenderly making
sure to not cause
a single feeling of pain
to harry.

harry drank the water
and looked at
niall,
who was gazing at him
with a certain
yet mysterious kind of
fondness.
"please, don't hurt yourself
for me, im not worth it."
niall finally broke the
silence and
harry mumbled,
"hold me niall!"
as he fell into niall's
welcoming arms.

he squeezed niall
tightly and
tightened his grip on
niall's back.
their bodies were
touching each other
and this
was a feeling harry
would never
forget.

niall felt an unexplained
tingle in his body
which sent shivers down
his spine where
harry's hand was in contact.
niall hadn't felt this
feeling before
and wasn't able to
figure out
what was the hidden
mystery beneath it.

"you're worth risking
every single thing
in this world."
harry let go of niall
and smiled
saying these words
that touched
niall's heart and
he replied in his admirable irish accent,
"you're lovely, do you
know that?"
