Chapter 18: Sorrow

Third Person POV 

Y/N laid on his bed as team RWBY pounded on his door. 

Weiss: Open the door dolt! 
She yelled as she knocked on the door. 

Y/N: Y-You're not real. 
He said as tears flowed down his face. 

Blake: Y/N. What do you mean? Of course we're real. 
She said as she knocked on the door. 

Y/N: Y-Y-You're not.
He said as he held his hands over his ears. 

Y/N: J-J-Just go away. 
He said as he sobbed quietly. 

Ruby: Y/N. Its just. Team RWBY. 
She said, trying to convince him. 

Y/N: Y-Y-You're not real. 
He said as he remembers his team. 

Tony: You could have saved us all. 

Sarah: You failed. 

Chris: Why didn't you do better. 

Sarah: Why couldn't you save us? Why couldn't you save us all. 

Y/N: S-S-S-Shut up. 

Tony: We've trusted you. And you let us die. You shouldn't have been leader. 

Y/N didn't say anything as he laid in his bed, thinking about the words as the knocking on the door got louder. 

Yang: Open the door! 
She yelled as she pounded on the door while Y/N curled on his bed, tearing into his pillow. 

BANG 

Yang punched down the door as the girls looked to see Y/n on the bed before rushing over to him. 

Weiss: Hey. What's wrong? 
She asked as she stood in front of him. 

Y/N: J-J-Just leave me alone. 
He sobs quietly. 

Ruby: Y/N. It's us. 
She said as she looked at him. 

Y/N: Y-Y-You're all not real. 

Yang: What do you mean. Of course we're real. 
She said to him. 

Y/N: N-N-No. Y-Y-You're not. 
He said, looking at the wall as the four girls stood in front of him.

Blake: Y/N. Of course we're real. 
She said as she put her hand on his shoulder.

Y/N: NO YOU'RE NOT! 
He yells as he pushes her away, earning a shocking look from the four girls. 

Ruby: Y/N. Calm down. 
She said as she made him look at the four girls. 

Ruby: See. We're all real. 
She said, hoping she is able to convince him. 

Y/N: N-No you're not.  
He said with tears in his eyes. 

Y/N: Y-Y-You're just here to haunt me. 
He said as the four girls look at him with widen eyes. 

Blake: It's me. Blake.
She said as she brought him into a hug, hoping to convince him. 

Y/N: You're nothing but an illusion. 
He said, his dull E/C eyes looking down as the four girls brought him into a hug. 

Ruby: Come on. Stop joking around. 
She pleaded as she hugged him. 

Y/N: You're not here. 
He said, emotionless. 

Ruby: Y/N please. 
She begged as tears formed in her eyes. 

Ruby: Please. It's us.
She said as she hugged him tighter. 

Y/N: You're no-

Suddenly Y/N was cut off as Blake kissed him, her hands cupping his face as her lips pressed against his. Y/N looking at her before slowly closing his eyes. Blake slowly pulled away as she looked at him. 

Y/N: B-B-Blake? 
He asked, tears running his face. 

Blake: Hey Y/N. 
She said with a soft smile. 

Y/N: I-I-I thought y-you-
He said as Yang carried him. 

Y/N: W-W-What are you doing? 

Yang: You're sleeping with us tonight.
