chloe and i talked for a bit and then we had to start getting ready. according to chloe noah was already ready because she went to go check on him and give him a sibling talk or something like that. after chloe gets my hair done i go to millie to do my makeup. once it was finished i put on my dress and looked in the mirror. since i was emotional i once again teared up
"girl you're gorgeous but don't ruin the makeup" millie said and we both laugh
"come here"chloe says pulling me in for a hug
"we're so proud of you" sadie says
"soon we'll have the same last name" chloe says
i laugh
"dang imagine if noah never hosted that zoom we would've never been friends" sadie says
chloe and millie nod
jenna and ava walk in the room
"how's our mrs noah schnapp doing" jenna says as she hugs me
"gorgeous just gorgeous no other words" ava says
"i WiSh i WeRe HeAtHeR" jenna and ava both sing in british accents and we all laugh
"well we should get going" sadie says and we all agree
we start walking in order everyone partners up to walk down the isle my dad comes up behind me
"hey sweetie" my dad says
"hey dad" i say
"i know this is very last minute but i'm sorry"
"for what"
"your mom and i were never there after erika died we became workaholics and it just wasn't good noah was the one who took care of you then and i'm forever grateful for that. you're marrying an amazing man" he says
"i know dad he's pretty great" i smile
"come here kiddo" he says and hugs me
i hear our cue and we turn to walk into the church i see noah looking down fidgeting with his hands ben nudges him and he looks up our eyes meet and his face lights up i see a tear run down his cheek
my dad hands me off
"damn you're gorgeous you got me crying noodle" noah whispers and i laugh
the whole ceremony happens and it comes to the time where we replace vows
"noelle miller since the day i met you i knew you were the one it took you a while to catch on but you did and i wouldn't change anything the way everything happened was perfect maybe it's because it's you and you're perfect but i promise to stay by your side forever no matter how mad we get at each other no matter what life throws at us i'll be there."
i start to tear up
"noah schnapp when we first started talking i never thought anything would happen but then you kissed me and everything felt complete but when you asked me out one night at 6 i knew i loved you. i love everything about you. you took care of me when i needed it most and i'm so thankful for that i promise to also be there no matter what life throws at us"
he smiles
(a/n: i haven't been to a wedding in a while so i have no clue how vows work so don't come at me)
the priest finishes the rest of the ceremony then the part i was waiting for happened
"you may now kiss the bride"
noah leans in and kisses me everyone's clapping and cheering.
we go to the reception and everything is perfect just how we planned. my dad and i dance and then noah and i have our first dance we hang out with everyone for a bit
"so are you all making babies tonight" finn says trying not to laugh
"finn wolfhard" i yell
"noelle schnapp" he yells back
"oh wow i forgot about that" noah says and we laugh
"yup i'm a schnapp now" i say smiling and he smiles back
tonight was perfect.
