THE ROAD SO FAR

Jaya and Edward Russo were a beautiful, normal couple. After having had such a rough childhood, they both found happiness with each other. When they found out they were pregnant, and with twins nonetheless, the couple was beyond excited.

But on June 27th, 1980, two lives were born while another was lost.

After Jaya died in childbirth, it didn't take long for Edward to go down a dark path in life. But Mary and John Winchester, the best friends of Edward and Jaya, could not stand the new father to be like this. So, they took the family of three in, creating an everlasting friendship between the two oldest children.

Dean Winchester and Diana Russo were a force to be reckoned with. With only a year of age difference between them, the pair was not afraid to form a friendship that went deeper than any other.

When Mary Winchester died, all that Dean and Diana knew was turned upside down. No more apple pie, picket white fence life for them. Suddenly they were constantly on the road, only staying in the same town for a week or two at a time. As the years went by, Sam and Matthias got more distant from their siblings until one went off to college and the other just disappeared off the face of the earth overnight.

For two more years it's mostly just Dean and Diana, a situation they're not all that upset about. But when their fathers go missing, the best friends decide to try and get their siblings back in the game.

That's where the story of our heroes start . . .
