"girlll! you forreal?" Vanessa asked as i sat on her bed.
"yea. he been textin me ever since i left your crib last week" i laughed.
pop and i been talkin for this whole week but now he wanna link up. i'm honestly not sure if i wanna go though because i know he thinks i'm pretty and shit but if he's tryna get in a relationship then idk if i wanna go..
after my last relationship, ion really trust a lot.
so for me to even trust pop? it's a big ass deal.
"y'all should link up tonight! me and roddy are going out. maybe not to the club since i haven't been feeling good but we can go-" she stopped herself as she gasped.
"what?"
"i know what we should do!" she laughed pulling her phone out. "roddys been stressed about music and i've been stressed asf too so we really need a lil vacation. i can only guess pop's probably stressed too" she said as she turned back to me. "i'll invite other people but let's all go on vacation!"
"vacation? Vanessa i just met the guy"
"yea but you'll have all of us too! nobody gotta know what we got planned" i rolled my eyes playfully.
"okay.. you text roddy?" she nodded.
"just gotta wait for him to get home and we can talk about it. i'll invite everybody who's coming, over tonight so we can plan it"
"who you wanna bring?"
"you, pop, nia, lucas, maybe relly and his girlfriend" i smacked my teeth.
"me and pop gon be the only ones that ain't together"
"i know" she shrugged. "that'll just give y'all more of a chance"
"mommy" kenny walked into the room rubbing his eyes. "where's daddy?"
"he's out baby" she said sitting on her bed.
"when he coming back?" he asked sitting on her lap.
her phone began to ring making her smile as she saw roddys name appear across the top.
