I'm sitting in the bleachers with Ethan on my side. The place is huge as the rest of our high school. People were all over the school and now we have all gathered in the field waiting for the game. Darkness has blanked the sky but all the lights around the field light up the whole area.

"So, we're with the ones that wear white t-shirts," he explains since I 'told' him that I know nearly nothing about soccer.

I know I shouldn't do what I'm doing but since we came here after our audition, I can't help but search for him. I don't see him anywhere and a thought passes my mind. Is he with a girl?

Anger and jealousy wash over me as the memory of the blonde girl comes to my mind again. I shake my head to get rid of those images. I shouldn't care, even though I do. When I glance up, I find him talking with a boy and a small smile found its way to my lips.

The game begins as all the people stand up shouting. The players take their places and the whistle signals the start.

I view carefully even though I don't understand much. Our players are good but so are the others and the game is rough. We score first and all the people get up as applauses and shouts are heard filling the air with the noise of voices. People move up and down cheering and I almost fall.

Jacob is a nice player but I think Noah is better because he's faster. However, Corbyn is one of best; people are shouting his name, cheering. Suddenly, he scores and after the usual reaction of applause and enthusiasm, Ethan turns to me.

"I don't like him but he's such a good player." I frown at his words. Corbyn? Do they know each other?

"Good? Are you kidding me? He has saved us for the last years. He's the best player we've got." The boy on my right grunts annoyed.

I look over to Corbyn again and stare at him not being able to pay attention anymore to their discussion.

The sweat is all over him and it makes him appear even more sexy and attractive. His hair literally glows under the lights and he looks perfect. I bite my bottom lip as I notice the way this t-shirt is stuck in his back and his muscles distinguish. Oh my...

He seems very focused on the game and does all the things a boy does when he plays soccer. Run, shout, and the thing that distracts me the most; He runs his hand through his hair and all goes in slow motion for me. He looks down and runs his fingers through his blonde hair. He leans up and peers at the goal.

We're a minute away from the end of the game and there are agony and excitement in the air. A lot of voices like "COME ON BOYS!" and "Score!" are heard but all of that stops when Corbyn scores for the fifth time and the rings bell for the end of the match. The crowd stands up and screams his name, the name of our school and I can't help but laugh when I see him laugh, leaning his head back.

"WE WON!" The boy on my right cries enthusiastically and rises to his feet taking me with him. My eyes widen when he pulls me into his embrace holding me tight. A scowl troubles my eyebrows as I internally wonder if all the boys react like this in games.

He runs back to his co-players roaring and all the players come together and form a big crowd moving around each other shouting the name of their team. I decide to head to the field and very carefully, I made my way to the boys.

"Amelia!" My aunt is walking towards me grinning and I know that she must be very proud of her boys.

"What do you think? Did you like it?" She asks and I nod smiling. We won and seeing the three of them playing was actually nice, especially Corbyn.

"Mia! Hey!" A woman at my aunt's age appears and they start talking as I make my way to my cousins.

I glance at Noah and huge grin forms on his lips when he sees me. He pulls me in his arms and I flinch. He's so sweaty. He notices my reactions and slightly pulls back.

"Sorry," He mumbles and I giggle to let him know that it's okay.

"So, what did you think?" He questions but before I can give any sign, a voice stops me.

"My boys! You were amazing!" My aunt walks to us and gives a tight hug to Noah. I bite my lip as I appreciate this moment. I wish I had my parents here too to support and encourage me. I blink a few times to clear my vision from my tears and smile. I should be happy about them, not whining.

"You stink," My aunt murmurs and I laugh as Noah puts his hand above his heart, looking offended by the harsh words. My eyes leave the figure of Noah and see him coming towards us with Cyle.

"You did nicely out there," A girl with a tiny skirt walks to him with a sexy smile plastered across her face. I roll my eyes knowing what will follow; not this again.

"Just nice?" He asks her playfully.

"You were perfect, don't listen to her," Another girl compliments him appearing out of nowhere and kisses his cheek. My eyes widen and jealousy gets the best of me but the worst part is that I wish I was that girl that he was looking at right now grinning.

"That's my girl," he answers and she wraps her arms around him and leans closer to his mouth. My lips part as I stare in utter bewilderment.

Cyle gets in the way and drags Corbyn away from her evil web rolling his eyes. I like you so much right now Cyle! I murmur to myself grinning. Maybe I'll have to reconsider my current opinion about him.

The two of them approach us and I stuck my eyes on the grass not wanting him to catch me staring, again.

"Good job," Corbyn says to Noah who grins widely before resting his hand on his shoulders.

"You too, we would have lost if it wasn't for you," Corbyn smirks but before he can reply a boy comes running.

"Are you coming to the party?"

"Hell yes!" Corbyn shouts.

"You should come with us," Noah says happily looking at me. I don't think that is a very good idea.

"You should go, I'm going too," Ethan says putting his hand around my waist. I glance up to Ethan and then I decide it's finally time to look at Corbyn. He's already watching me with that intense stare that makes so many things to me. My body freezes and I think the time has stopped along with my breath. Every time he stares at me like that I stop breathing.

His magic blue eyes dart to the hand around my waist and then at Ethan. A strange feeling crosses his eyes but I'm unable to decipher it. Anger, annoyance or it could be entirely something else. I can't really tell. If stares could kill, Ethan would be dead, ten meters buried under the ground.

I think about what he proposed and nod in agreement. I'll go to that party, why not? Noah and Ethan would be there and I'll be around Corbyn, along with many girls. I push that last thought back as Ethan speaks again.

"Great,"

I fumble my clothes in my closet trying to pick an outfit. This is one is too short, too long, too colorful, no this one. I huff in annoyance sitting in my bed across from my dresser. I put some music on and lay back in bed. One of my favorites songs plays as a thought crosses my mind. My red dress! The dress my father bought me last year for my birthday. It's my favorite and my best option actually. I search for it in the closet and once my fingers touch the fabric, the corners of my mouth tug up in a beam.

"Amelia!" I hear Noah cry from downstairs and I head to my door. Before I touch the knob, I take a deep steadying breath.

It'll be fun! What can possibly happen at a high school party? Right?

If only I knew...
