Her speech ended at bumaba siya sa stage para makihalubilo sa bisita. Henrietta stood up then kisses her grandma's cheeks.
"Happy birthday, lola," she whispered. Helen hugs her granddaughter. Nagmana talaga ang apo niya sa kanya! She's one hell of a head turner!
"Thank you, apo," nakangiting sagot ni Helen.

Santi glared at the two women. Nakakainis! Bakit hindi gano'n ang trato sa kanya ni grandma Helen, pareho naman silang apo niya ah! She gritted her teeth, she will make Henrietta a laughing stock tonight! She averted her eyes before drinking her wine bago pa may makapansin sa kanya.
"I'm not late, aren't I?" ani ng isang malalim na boses mula sa likod ni Henrietta.
Henrietta felt a cold wind brush her back and slightly stiff.
"Enzo De Luca!" bati ni Helen nang makita ang hinihintay niya. This man is outstanding!
Henrietta didn't turn to her back. Baka isa lang sa mga kasosyo ng lola niya ang lalaking ito.
"Enzo, how are you?"
"I'm perfectly fine, old woman."
"Hindi ka pa rin nagbabago," turan ni Helen ngunit nakapaskil sa labi niya ang matamis na ngiti. Enzo is like a grandson to her.
"By the way, I want you to meet my granddaughter." Enzo stared at the woman who didn't bother to face him. Mula pa lang sa pagpasok niya ay naangkin na ng babaeng 'to ang atensyon niya.
Henrietta mentally rolled her eyes before turning around, meeting the icy blue eyes of a man that was deeply staring at her.
