The day ended and Amy and I walked out of our class and went to the car lot. There was Andrew with Lily and Zinnia. Upon seeing Amy beside, Zinnia was staring at me cluelessly.
"Hey," I said as I approached them.
Zinnia was still looking at me.
"Amy's gonna come with us. To home," I said, looking at Zinnia and Lily.
"Oh, that's great. It's been some time, right?" asked Lily.
"Yeah," replied Amy, smiling.
I took a look at Zinnia through the corner of my eyes with a sly smile on my face. She was already looking at me and when our eyes met, she gave me an air kiss without anyone noticing. I chuckled, looking down at my feet, so that no one asked me why I was laughing.
"Yeah, we can have fun," Zinnia said, joining Lily and Amy's conversation.
I knew that Zinnia was doing somersaults inside. It was funny seeing Zinnia trying to act normal when she was internally screaming on top of her lungs. I looked at my side to see Andrew standing quietly.
"Hey," I said, looking at him.
Andrew was astounded by my greeting that he was gaping at me. After a few seconds of astonishment, he responded, "Hi."
I smiled at him. When I looked at my friends, the three of them were goggling at me, not much of a difference from Andrew's reaction. I smiled at them timidly.
"You guys are friends now?" Lily asked, still with that face.
"Yeah, I guess we are," I said, tucking my hands inside my hoodie pocket. "Right, Andrew?" I asked, looking at him.
"Ye- yeah. We are," he said, stuttering.
It looked like he was forced to say it by me with a gun pointed at his back.
Is this third year guy scared of me? A first year? No shit!
"Well then, that's great," Lily said, tittering.
I flashed a smile at Lily who was still trying to figure out what happened right now.
"Heya, homeboy."
I turned my head towards Andrew, hearing another voice. I saw that black hoodie guy again, standing next to Andrew with his one arm over Andrew's shoulder.
His face was now clear under the broad sunlight.
His hair was black and wavy and messy and a bit long. Messy and long hair were lowkey one of my kinks. His dark brown eyes, long nose, taut cheeks, thin lips, chiselled jaw and stubble beard were flaunting. He was a bit taller than Andrew, probably around 5'10. He had a small tattoo that had something written in some other language on his side neck. Tattoos were also in my list of kinks. He was well-built, muscular but lean.
I was well conscious about looking away quickly without him noticing me, so that I wouldn't have to witness him being a big mouth later.
"Hey, ladies," he said, grinning at us.
His cheerful face turned into a smug face the second he made eye contact with me. I narrowed my eyes and looked at Zinnia who was staring at him. She looked at me in perplexity and I returned her a shrug.
"Hey bro," Andrew said, giving him a side hug. "Everyone, this is Danish. He's new here."
We turned our heads towards Andrew when he introduced his friend.
How do they know each other?
"And Danish, this is Lily, my girlfriend."
Lily and him exchanged smiles.
