Part Three-The First Day

Ryuji POV
Today is the first day of school and I'm kinda nervous...I'm finally going to be a hero even though I'm quirkless.

"To all that people that doubted that I could be a hero you can go and fuck yourselves!!" I shout

"Uh sir I don't think you should be shouting...especially this early in the morning" Arvin tells me

I look at the clock and it's 5AM. I got up a bit early so that I could work on my suit more. For now I still have to carry around the case but I'm sure that eventually I'll be able to make it even more portable

"You're probably right Arvin but I'm just too excited, I'm finally achieving my dream" I say

"Sir I wish you would show this enthusiasm around other people that isn't Toru" Arvin whispers that last part

"Arvin you know I hate having to work with other people" I groan,"it's just such a pain, all they do is get in my way" I say

"Sir being able to work with others is a part of being a hero" He says

"Not when you can build the help yourself, I trust robots that I made way more than other people" I tell him," also... what was that last part you whispered?"I ask him

"Oh it was nothing sir" Arvin tells me

"Whatever. I want to work a big on big boy" I say

Big boy is not my newest suits name I just call it that since I haven't thought of a name for it yet. I got the idea from the sludge incident when I saw All Might change the weather with just one punch. I had that thought that what if I have to face someone like All Might, my normal suit wouldn't stand a chance against it. So I'm making a suit that could with stand punches from All Might and since he's a teacher at U.A it'll be even easier to get data on his punches.

"Sir it's almost time for school I suggest you start getting ready" Arvin tells me

"All right Arvin I'll get ready now, oh also while I'm gone could you get the builder bots up and running while I'm gone?" I ask him

"Right away sir they'll be ready when you get back" he tells me

I get dressed in my uniform and grab my backpack and suitcase and make my way out the door. As I'm putting in my earpiece I hear someone shout my name.

"Hey Ryu!!" The person shouts

There is only one person who I would ever let call me Ryu

"Oh hey Toru what are you doing at my house?" I ask her

"Oh I just wanted to walk to school with you" she says bashfully

I'm normally super good at reading people's faces. But I obviously can't read Toru's face so I have to rely on her voice.

"Well I'm fine with that you can come to my house anytime" I tell her

"I'll be sure to hold you to that" she says

We walk it school together as we talk about what the first day will be like.

"I'm so happy that we are in the same class Ryu" she tells me

I smirk

"Oh...why's that Toru?" I ask her

"Well you're my friend and I would like to have at least one person I know in my class" she says

"Is that all or could it be that you couldn't handle being without me" I tease her

Her sleeves raise up to her face.
