NO ONE EVER EXPECTED, Quinn Avenfort, Hogwarts' antisocial, 'heinous bitch'/feminist icon, to ever fall in love. Much less with the epitome of what she despised— a typical teenage stereotype. It was everything she was against: conforming social scripts, 'popular' people, and caring about what the other asshats at their lame school thought.

Some would say she was cold-hearted, and others would say the psychedelic rock music she listened to was embedded too far up into her brain, rendering her unable to be empathetic, kind, or even give a shit about the hierarchy of their time and anything that wasn't classic female literature.

She had no rules, no boundaries, and no control on her mouth (not that she wanted to anyways). She only lived by, 'screw other's expectation and live by your own shitty ones,' and 'men are all egotistical idiots with their heads up their asses.' With a bad reputation and mad guitar-playing skills to match, she basically did anything other than what was expected.

Never, did Quinn ever, in three million light years and four thousand revolutions around the sad, dreary place they called Earth, ever think that instead of an essay on transfiguring buttons into beetles, she would accidentally turn in a closely hidden letter that just happened to profess her love for the school's golden boy.

Unfortunately, horrible mistakes happen and she did exactly that.

So in her fifth year at the school of Witchcraft, Wizardry, and brainless bozos, besides taking down the patriarchy one derisive retort at a time, Quinn finds herself dealing with a run-away serial killer, her best friends' far too complicated love triangle, and a Hufflepuff prefect boy that just can't seem to leave her be!

How simply stereotypical of him!
