Chapter 10: Entering The Hunger Games

I wake up the next day and find a robe for me to put on. I put it on and walk outside where Colly escorts me to a room where my prep team is. They soon get to work. On is taking off my pink nail polish and putting on a clear coat. Another one is combing my hair and putting it into a braid. Finally when they are done Halt comes in and dismisses them. He gives me thick black pants and a gray tank top with a think black jacket. Colly told me that I have to give Halt my gift from the Capitol to put on. So I hand him the pin and he hands it back. Then he pulls out the pin Caleb gave me and put that on instead. "Thank you" I say and he just nods. He takes me to a small room. the only thing is there is a glass tube. I hug Halt one last time and he says "Good luck" I step into the tube and it closes.
It starts to rise until I see light. I look around all the tributes are on there Pistons. I look around and I don't see Caleb. There's pine trees everywhere and only pine trees. All of the sudden a dark voice counts:
