She had watched the two of them grew closer and closer as time passed, and it had become a dance of some sort. She had been sure Rose would have taken the first step at that point, but it seemed like she was...waiting. Maybe she wasn't sure the sword man felt the same way? Or maybe she just wanted him to take the first step.
At some point she just grew tired of that little dance around each other. She could see they liked each other a lot, and so she decided it was time to give the little push they needed.
"I'm not sure about this
(Y/N)" Raspberry said with a sigh, making the other shake her head with a smile.
"Is very obvious she likes you Raspberry, she is just waiting for you to take the step" she said, taking his hat from his hands and pulling it back on his head.
"There, now you look as handsome as always" she said with a giggle, making the other groan as he looked at the other side.
"You would never stop that, wouldn't you?" Raspberry said with a sigh, the corner of his lips raising in a small smile.
"Nop!" The other answered as she took a familiar rose bouquet in her hands, offering it to Raspberry.
"Here, don't forget the flowers. Not after you took so much time to choose them" she said with a smile. Raspberry smiled as he took the flowers, his gazes on the big bouquet.
"You...you think she would like them?" He asked softly, a hint of nervousness in his voice.
"Of course she will." she said back with a smile, making Raspberry smile in relief. She turned Raspberry around, smile still on her face, and gently pushed him to the door.
"Now go! You don't want to be late, don't you?" The cookie said with a giggle.
"Yes yes, I'm going...thanks (Y/N)" he said as he finally left the room with a confident smile. The cookie sighed as she watched her friend go, a soft smile on her face. She was very proud of him for taking the step, and hoped everything went well.
She couldn't wait to get all the details later.
