Who is He?

The month had flown by and the day had come once again. The day of the full moon. Sonic was getting really worked up now. His friends tried to calm him down but Sonic just couldn’t help it. Tails told Sonic to sit down and he’ll get him a chilidog. Shadow and knuckles kept an eye on Sonic just in case he changed, because he was getting so worked up.

When Tails came back he didn’t come back with a chilidog. He came back with a bucket of cold water. Shadow and Knuckles couldn’t help but giggle.

“What’s so funny” Sonic asked looking a bit confused. No sooner had he said that Sonic felt freezing cold water get chucked all over him.

Shadow and Knuckles burst out laughing while Sonic just gave a grumpy look. Tails also couldn’t help but laugh as well. Sonic looked at his friends and then just started to laugh as well.

“Is that better Sonic” said Knuckles still giggling.

“Oh shut up” Sonic said playfully.

Sonic went to go dry off. When he came back he was more relaxed. He knew if he stayed as far away from his friends on a full moon as possible, then he would have nothing to worry about.

Evening fell over station square, Sonic and friends were eating their dinner at the table. Sonic looked out the window to see it was getting dark and the pain was starting. He looked over at Shadow who nodded and also felt a bit of pain.

“Tails lock up the mansion, so Shadow and I can’t get in.” Tails nodded at his big brother. “See you in the morning guys.” Sonic smiled as he walked out the room with Shadow and into the forest.

As Sonic and Shadow ran through the forest the moon started to rise, lighting up the night. This made Sonic and Shadow bend over in pain onto all fours.

The pain was unbelievable, they both felt like dropping dead.  Their fur started to get thicker and their tails grew long and bushy like a wolf’s. Their eyes turned a yellow gold while their teeth grew into fangs. Their shoes and gloved ripped apart showing razor sharp claws and finally their mouths became muzzles.

When the transformation was complete Sonic and Shadow looked up at the moon and howled. When they were finished they ran into the city. They ran into the park and hid behind some brushes ready to strike at their pray.

A few minutes later a man came and sat on a bench just in front of Sonic and Shadow. He was mumming to himself. Shadow crept up behind the man and POUNCED onto the him knocking the man to the ground hard. 

"AAAAHHHH HELP SOMEONE!" the man cried. 

Shadow bent down and ripped out the throat of the poor man while also getting blood on his muzzle. Sonic came over to join his friend and when they were finished they saw two other boys sitting on a wall. This time Sonic went and hid behind the wall. Quietly he lied down getting ready for the right time to strike.

Then one of the boys got up and Sonic jumped, ripping his claws through the boy's back. The other boy saw what knocked his mate to the ground and legged it to the park gates. The boy thought he was home free when another creature rushed out from the bush and made the boy trip up. Making him bang his head on the rock hard ground.

The boy struggled to his feet as he saw the dark blue creature rip the head of his best friend. Then the boy’s attention went back on the black creature who was now right in front of him. His muzzle dripping oozy fresh blood from the man before.

The boy tried to move now but his head was non stop bleeding and the pain just made it even worst. He could barely move at all.

“P-please don’t hurt me” he squealed.  

Shadow froze on the spot and then looked down at the boy and then turned around to see Sonic rip a testicle right out of the other boy's dead corps. When he saw the blood that’s all Shadow's mind thought about. He was about to pounced when millions of polices officers came running in. Also the town folks came in too.

Shadow growled at them for stopping his and Sonic’s hunt. Sonic came running over because he was done with his meal. They both growled.

The news got this live and took pictures and videos. Meanwhile at the mansion, Knuckles was watching TV when the news came on. Straight away Knuckles was all ears. “Tails you might want to see this.”

“What is it Knuckles?” Tails asked while walking in from the kitchen.

“Look Sonic and Shadow are on TV.”

“Oh no that’s not good!”

"A breaking story has just come up about two werewolves killing 2 people and nearly killing another one. But he could still survive if the police could just get to him without getting attacked" said the news reporter before watching the scenery.   

But then a police officer went running in to try and get to the boy. But Sonic growled at him. The man had no guns or weapons of any sort. But police behind him were holding guns up at the ready.

Everyone was shocked at what the man was doing. Tails and Knuckles couldn’t believe it either. Everyone was silent as they watched.

"Don’t worry I’m not going to hurt you I just want that boy" the man said in a quite voice. 

"W-what are you doing?" asked the boy who was freaking out.

"Ssshh." The man moved more closely to Sonic and Shadow. Everyone was in shock and horror now.

The two werewolves kept growling. Sssh it’s ok. The man kept going until he was right in front of Sonic and Shadow. He bent down right in front of their faces. He was talking to them. But so quietly that no one could hear them.

"I know what you’re going through believe me I know, the same beast attacked my brother over 3 years ago" the man said softly.

The werehogs stopped and listened but with still a little growl in their voices. Everyone was amazed. How was that man not getting attacked by two deadly monsters?

The man closed his eyes and then opened them again. When the two werehogs looked into his eyes they stopped growled complete and went to total shock.

The man just smiled. "Go on, go back to the forest."

Sonic and Shadow looked at each other and before looking all around them to see what they were doing. They took a couple of steps backwards in shock of what they were doing.

They turned around and ran back into the trees. Before Sonic disrepair completely he howled at the man and then vanished. The man just smiled and then went to help the boy. Everyone’s faces were in total horror about one man stopping two deadly monsters from ripping apart a boy. Tails and Knuckles were glued to their seat and their mouths wide open at what they just saw.

The next morning Sonic and Shadow came back with blood all over them. Not like that was a surprise but it was still quite freaky. They went to go get cleaned up and then sat at the kitchen table with Tails and Knuckles having their breakfast.

Tails was then the first to speak.

“Do you guys remember what happened last night?” The two hedgehogs nodded. “Do you want to talk about it?” The hedgehogs shook their heads again still lost in thoughts about how that man was one of them.
