Stubborn

Tonight was the night you were gonna make c/n dinner, but you were nervous because you wanted it to be perfect.

C/n was the one who usually made meals but today you wanted to suprise him. You heard a knock on the door and opened it to see c/n was early. "You're here!" You said suprised.

He smiled and pulled you into a hug. "Yeah sorry if I'm too early I just missed you" he said planting a kiss on your lips.

"You don't know what you do to me" you said sighing with butterflies in your stomache.

He chuckled "I feel the same way" he said.

You remembered you were making dinner and jumped away from him going back into the kitchen. "Um you can watch some tv if you want while I make us dinner" you called to c/n.

With no reply you just continued to make dinner. You stared at the box of spaghetti noodles and tried to follow it the best you could.

You got a pot to put water in and turned on the stove so the water could broil. You weren't really sure how high it had to be so you were kinda winging it.

You stared at the pot waiting for the water to broil. Hurry up! You thought. Suddenly you felt arms wrap around you making you jump. "Ahh c/n!" You said and saw him laughing.

"I'm trying to make dinner!" You said turning back to the pot of noodles.

"Well can I help?" He asked.

"No" you said turning around back to the pot. It's still not broiling yet!

"Why not? I want to" he said turning the nob on the oven.

"Why'd you do that?" You asked him.

"So the water would broil" he replied and the water started to get hotter.

"Well thanks but its okay, I got this" you said to c/n.

"Are you sure?" He said.

"Yep" you replied confidently.

"Well then you might wanna check the water" he said signalling it was getting to a broil.

You turned around and it was about to overflow until c/n moved it and turned the nob down.

"C/n I told you I could do it!" You said mad.

"Y/n I'm just trying to help!"

"Well I didn't ask for it!" You said snapping at c/n.

"Fine I'll just leave then since clearly I'm not wanted here" he said storming out the door.

You huffed out a sigh and closed your eyes. Fuck

You started cleaning up the kitchen and putting stuff away. You thought about what just happened and started to cry "dammit I ruined everything" you sobbed.

You decided to get in your car and drive to his house. I'm so stupid. You thought.

You pulled into his driveway and walked up to his door knocking and ringing the door bell.

The door opened but it wasnt c/n. It was this beautiful girl. "Hello" she said.

"Uh hi?" You said confused. "Who are you?" You asked.

"I could ask you the same question" she said.

"I-Im c/ns girlfriend" you said getting watery eyes fearing the worst.

"Ohhhh you must be y/n!" She said smiling.

"Yeah" you said confused once again. "Do I know you?" You asked.

"Oh pardon me! I'm c/s/n!" (Crushes sisters name) She said.

"Oh hello! Its so nice to meet you!" You said smiling at her.

"Likewise but arent you supposed to be on a date with him right now?" She asked.

"Oh yeah but we had a fight and he stormed out, I was hoping I would find him here" you said sighing.

"Oh well when he comes back I can let him know you were looking for him" she said.

"Okay thank you!" You said walking back to your car.

"Unless you want to wait here for him"

"I would love to but its important that I find him soon" you said and thanked her.

You went back to your house and saw his car in the driveway. "C/n!" You yelled and ran inside.

When you walked in you could smell something amazing. "C/n?" You called.

You walked into the kitchen and saw him sitting at the table which had been set up beautify with flowers and glassware.

"C/n" you said in awe. "Wha-what is all this?" You said smiling and a tear ran down your cheek.

He got up and walked towards you "y/n I'm so sorry I left, I shouldve left you alone I'm sorry I pushed you" he said staring me in the eyes.

"C/n you have nothing to be sorry for you were just trying to help and I lept pushing you away! I'm so sorry!" You said as more tears ran down your face.

He wiped your tears away and kissed your lips. "So stubborn" he smiled.

You giggled and nodded. "I love you" you said hugging him tight and kissing him again only more aggressively.

"We should probably eat dinner first before we have dessert" he said winking and you blushed.
