day's one through seven, i'm going to be trying the raven method

last night, i tried using the raven method because i've seen that many people are successful with it (the instructions will be listed in a later chapter). i started counting and saying the affirmations, but i don't remember getting to twenty five lol. i was too tired when i started, so tonight i'll try starting earlier/when i'm not as tired so i can focus.

i dreamt that i was doing a cheer routine on live tv, like ellen or the oprah show. it was actually pretty cool.

in conclusion, i didn't shift. i'm going to meditate tonight before actually starting the raven method to clear my mind.
