The trio were silent, it's been almost 5 minutes since (Y/n) replied to Tobirama, and clearly he didn't want to drag anything on by talking about his 'feelings'

Instead, he looked up at the moon that was above the night sky, yawning a bit as he sank down in his seat a bit.

"You should go to bed, it's already pretty late" Minato pointed out, "I heard that the former Jinchurinken of the Sand became the kazekage, I hope to look into that as much as I can tonight" The blonde stood up and took one final glance at (Y/n) before smiling softly, "You don't need to cope everything up all the time, I may have not heard from where you're coming from, but I won't push you to talk to us about thoose 'details' Just take your time to warm up if you feel like it"

"Ah! you must be (Y/n)!" A shinobi stood by the door of his apartment with the trio of earlier today,

"I'm Iruka, I was assigned by Lady Tsunade to help teach you the basics" He smiled as (Y/n) felt like a bean stalk next to all the shinobi due to his discomfort.

". . . . Can't I. . skip today??" (Y/n) asked, not feeling up to learning really, so what if he couldn't read or write? he could still do other basic things.

Genma bonked (Y/n) on the head as he doubled over a bit, holding his head, "You've skipped tutoring for the past 2 weeks almost, you'll need the skills to stay in the village since reading and writing are common amongst us"

"Fine" (Y/n) sighed and he slumped a bit at the 'bonk' that the brunette gave him.

Tobirama watched amused from behind him, the other's didn't seem to see him since they weren't flipping out over how the 2nd Hokage was before them.

(Y/n) wasn't really enjoying so much company at once, he was fine with Izumo and Kotetsu, but was still a bit iffy with Genma, and he JUST met Iruka. Plus, Tobirama would be in the same room relaxing a bit and watching over them.

As they all entered the apartment, (Y/n) kind of stood there at the entrance as the shinobi also waited for him to enter first out of respect.

To which he didn't get.

"why. . . are you all standing here?" He asked, watching Genma sigh as Kotetsu tried not to laugh at his confusion. "Have you ever had guests over?" Genma asked as he pulled the small stick from his mouth and placed it into his pocket.

"No"

"That explains a lot actually" Izumo hummed and quirked his head, they all made their way to sit down at the table as Iruka fixed some papers and ink on it along with a book.

(Y/n) slowly walked over and sat down next to Iruka, watching as Tobirama took his seat on the kitchen counter to watch as he grinned.

He mouthed a quick "good luck" as Iruka began.

"Alrighr, basics! see theese kanji? do you recognize any?"

And it began.

the torture began of (Y/n) cursing and smudging the ink all around in failed attempts at writing.

"What do you mean that this 'four' is a box with wiggly lines?!" (Y/n) cursed out, he's spent a good hour almost trying to learn the kanji's for numbers and the beginning of the alphabet, so far, nothing made sense.
