The man ended the call with his best friend and smiles to himself, looking at the glasses he held gently in his hands.
You walk into his bedroom and look at him curiously, "What've you got there?"
"Oh!" He says, holding them up, "These glasses helped me see some colours for the first time today!"
"Really?" You ask, excitedly, walking over to him and leaning on his chair, "Can I see you put them on?"
He nods vigorously before slipping the glasses on and looking at you, his mouth going in an 'o' shape.
You look at him in confusion, but then he asks, "What colour are your eyes?" He could see them vibrantly, but he was still trying to relearn colours. He had to lean in to see them properly.
"E/C," you laugh at the wonder on his face.
