"Percy?" Aphrodite asked, turning around to face her son, "your early,"

"I had a lot on my mind. For starters, do you still have prisoner 4-OA?"

"Yes, Pan is still alive. Why do you ask?" Aphrodite asked.

Percy smiled, "great so we can let him out! Don't worry, he won't remember a thing,"

"Wait," Aphrodite said, teleporting in front of her son, "why do you want to release him?"

"Um, No reason?" Percy answered, it coming out more a question than an answer. "I just feel like we should release them,"

"Perseus," Aphrodite said in a warning voice.

"Mother," the SIREN said with the same tone. A look from his mother made him sigh in defeat, "okay, okay. A friend wanted his dad back,"

"Your making friends?" Aphrodite asked, confused for the first time in years.

At this, Percy smiled. "Yeah. His name is Grover underwood and he seems like a super nice guy. Although he is on to you but I can fix that without even using my powers-"

"Kill him," Aphrodite interrupted, her voice cold and sharp.

"W-What?" Percy stuttered, his face

"Kill mr. underwood," she replied, tone not changing. "Unless you want to prove your like your sister,"

"Half sister," Percy growled, "and I'm nothing like McLean,"

"Oh but you are, because she said it was one friend. She was supposed to kill ms grace and she didn't, that's when she rebelled,"

"Well mother," percy spat his mother's name, "have you seen me not kill yet?"

"The plan was to kill Valdez, you killed Chase. The plan was to kill Thalia Grace, you killed Jason Grace. There's no other person, no other way to trick me,"

"But I still killed. This is the only person I will protect," Percy said, spitting venom as he fumed with anger.

Aphrodite laugher a cold and evil laugh, "then why is your father not dead yet? Because I recall you saying you wanted him for torture yet you haven't done anything to him yet,"

"That's because I'm using him,"

"Poseidon doesn't care for you, Perseus. He sees you as a monster, some demon. You know that,"

"Well maybe he could join us. Or I could torture him. Whatever it is he is still my father and I would rather torture him than kill him,"

"You know that the moment you give him a shred of evidence—real evidence—he will report you and you will spend the rest of your life in jail. Is that what you want, to rot in a prison cell for the rest of your life?"

Perch held his mothers gaze, "The legend will hold true. I will win no matter what,"

"No one said it was you they were talking about. You could be just like your sister-"

"Half sister," percy growled, "and I'll do it. But don't think for one second I won't regret it,"
