History:
Elizabeth Moore was born to Mark and Kelly Moore on September 13th, 1991, while Josette was born on September 14th. They grew up normal until the twins were 6, the family was kidnapped.
The parents were held separately from the twins, Elizabeth and Josette were put into separate training. After training until they were 10, the twins were pitted against each other to the death. Elizabeth, not knowing it was Josette, was ruthless and ultimately won the fight.
Soon after, Elizabeth was conditioned to suppress emotions so that she could take the final step. She finally did when she executed her parents, but it's not like she recognized them.
By the time Elizabeth was 13, she had completed 32 missions. Except on her 32nd mission she had found out they had her murder her family, in response Elizabeth used her training to escape and go on the run.
After her 16th birthday, they found her again, telling her she just had to do one thing. Murder a nosy Petty Officer in Washington D.C.
