"Where is he?!"
"Room 212." Sam pointed down the hall and Diana wasted no time in sprinting down the bright white hospital hall. A nurse yelled after her, but her words went on deaf ears as the brunette desperately sought for the right room.
When she finally found room 212, Diana hastily opened the door to find a sight that made her stomach turn. "Dean."
"Hi, Annie."

Tears shot to Diana's eyes as she looked at her best friend. His skin looked sickly white, dark circles surrounded his eyes, the usual green orbs looking unnatural red and his voice sounded scratchy. "Oh, De,"
Diana whispered as she sat down by his hip, her hands taking ahold of one of his hands. "How're you feelin'?"
"Awesome."
She rolled her eyes but smiled softly at his sarcastic tone. Diana brought his hand that she held in hers to her lips and kissed his knuckles softly. For a long while, the duo stayed silent and basked in each other's presence. For Dean, he had spend a little while believing he'd never see her again. He believed he would never get to tell her. And that scared him more to death than actual death did.
For Diana, she had spend some time believing she'd see him again. Only he would be on a pry that she and Sam would lit. This was, strangely, only her second biggest fear.
"I should've gone with you." Diana whispered after a few moments of silence. Dean immediately shook his head, he knew she'd do this. "No, Ana. You were throwing up all morning, I wasn't just going to bring you along. You would have died."
