HOGWARTS EXPRESS

"NOW Pansiska, you ought to be sorted in Slytherin or esle I would be gravely disappointed in you" Emilien told her daughter, patting her shoulder

"What if I was sorted in Ravenclaw?" Pansy asked, she knew she wont be sorted there but she was rather curious what her father would say to her-her mother cant see her off. She was admitted to st. Mungos

"Better than Hufflepuff and Gryffindor but you must be sorted to Slytherin and that's final" her father said

She had mentally rose an eyebrow at her father

"But father, I think Hufflepuff will do me good" Pansy said which made his father choke on air

"Wh--" Before Emilien could question his daughter, Pansy had cut him off

"You see father, Hufflepuffs are often looked over, no one pays attention to them and if I'm sorted there and did something a true slytherin would do, who's to say that I'm the one to blame? Naturally they'll blame the most obvious house which is Slytherin" Pansy said with intelligence which made his father think over what she said

"Now that you've mentioned it..." he's father trailed off and stared at her daughter's green orbs as it was looking in his eyes

Now if Emilien didnt knew any better, he would say that his 11 year old daughter is older than what she appears to be. The look in her eyes was a dead gave away, it had this intelligent and playful glint.

On cue the Hogwars express had whistled, indicating that it will leave after a minute, Emilien had shook the thought of his brain and smiled tightly at her daughter who seemed to be calculating his whole existence.

Ah, there goes her stare again Emilien thought

"I need to go, goodbye father" Pansy said and hugged her father quickly before boarding the train

Pansy had then immediately look for an empty compartment or she might as well find Daphne but after a minute of searching there was no Daphne Greengrass but on the bright side she settled on an empty apartment.

Right on cue, the train whistled indicating its going to go and as Pansy had sat and decided to just read more about potions, getting it from her napsack inside her dress pockets. She may be gifted in runes, charms and wandless casting but her potion skills is a fucking nuisance.

Her father had knew about how she struggle with potions and tried to set her up a tutor with Severus Snape but the potions master was busy with Hogwarts and Draco Malfoy-speaking Draco, she ought to be partnered with him in potions and just make him do all the work.

Pansy stopped reading and smirked to herself, Right, I can just make him do all that and if he refuse, I can always blackmail him she thought snickering but her amusement was cut short when the compartment door had opened.

Pansy had immediately looked only to see a very familiar, black haired man witn bright emerald eyes. Yep, she's dead.

"Uhm...may I?" He stummered,

Pansy had cursed mentally, why had she decided to seat where Harry and Ron will meet? She should've known something was up with the compartment. She should've known this was the main character's compartment when it remained empty while other compartment are crammed up.

Pansy nods, "just be quiet while I'm trying to read" she gave him a tight lip smile and redirected her gaze at her book

On the corner of her eyes she saw him rather breath in relief as he close the door and mumbled a thank you before sitting across her.
