Chapter 1

Minal entered her room, keeping the clothes in the wardrobe she walked towards the bed and sat down placing a pillow on her lap.

"Baby, it's 7, don't you have to go to school? Get up now!" She said ruffling her hair, and placing a kiss on her forehead

"Mama, please 2 minutes!" The little girl said and cuddled with the bunny she had.

"Anayra, you will get late!" Minal said waking her up

"Oh no!" Anayra said and sat up.

"What happened? Don't tell me you forgot to do some homework." Minal said looking at her little daughter

"No mama! I got a notice, and I forgot to show it to you." Anayra said. She went to her bag and took out the envelope and handed it to Minal

"I will see this later, you go and get freshen up, I will get your breakfast ready!" Minal said and walked to the kitchen

"Papa!" Anayra ran towards him, he bent to her height and picked her up in his arms

"You get ready, and then I will drop you to school." He replied with a slight smile

"Papa, I don't want to go to school!" Anayra said with a frown as she folded her arms

"Then I will go in place of you?" He said with a smile.

"Not a bad idea!" Anayra replied, giggling!

"Anayra come for breakfast!" Minal called as she set the dishes on the dining table

Both of them went to the dining hall. He made Amayra sit on her chair, and walked out

"Arsal, where are you going? You also sit with us!" Minal said as she took a seat next to Anayra

"I have a meeting, I will have it with the clients. Anayra, I am waiting outside!" He replied and walked out

"Mama, you will come to drop me to school?" Anayra asked with a sweet smile

"Today you go with papa, I will come tomorrow okay?" She replied as she fed Anayra

"Di, I am going out, will you come with me?" Maahi asked, and Anayra got down from her seat.

"Maasi, I will come with you? Please?" Anayra said, looking up to Maahi

"Baby you need to go to school. Once you come back, we will go okay?" Maahi replied as she bent to her height and held her little hands

"Anayra we are getting late!" Arsal called. Anayra hugged both of them, smiled and walked to the car.

As she went, Minal placed her hand on her forehead and winced in pain. She hadn't been getting proper sleep lately. There were many thoughts that disturbed her every moment.

"Di are you okay?" Maahi asked taking a seat next to her sister

"Yes, I am fine. You are going out right? Come back before it's dark." Minal said softly

Till then she got a call, and she answered it

"Minal, actually I would be getting really late as I have a meeting. Can you pick Anayra from school?" Arsal said

"Yeah sure!" She replied and kept the call

"Di who was it?"

"Arsal! He would get late, so he wanted me to pick Amayra from school." Minal said

She suddenly felt the sight in front of her eyes blacking out. Her head was spinning, she held the chair to get support but fell unconscious.

"Di!" Maahi screamed and held her. She called Arsal.

"Arsal, di is unconscious. Please come home fast!" Maahi said as she was holding Minal's hand

"What? I will call the doctor, please take care of her! I am coming in 5 minutes." Arsal replied and walked out of his cabin

"How is she now?" Maahi asked as the doctor walked out of her room

"She is fine, but you need to make sure she doesn't take any stress! She will gain conscious soon, take care of her!" He replied

Maahi walked into her room. Arsal stood in the corner near the window. Minal was lying on the bed, unconscious!

"Was she tensed about something? Is everything fine?" Arsal asked softly as he turned towards Maahi, who was sitting next to her sister.

"She had severe headache, and she didn't have her dinner last night." Maahi replied as she caressed Minal's hair

"I will go and get Anayra, you take care of her! And call me if you need something." Arsal said and walked out as Maahi nodded

Maahi got up and walked to the kitchen to prepare something for Minal. As she made the soup and came back she saw Minal awake

"How are you feeling now? Are you okay?" Maahi asked softly as she sat next to her

Minal looked at her sister and nodded. Her eyes showed how tired she was. She couldn't move, or speak properly.

"Did Anayra come home?" She asked in her tired voice

"Mama!" Anayra came running and hugged her. "How was your day baby?" She asked as she smiled faintly looking at her daughter

"Mama what happened? You are not well?" Anayra asked softly.

"Anayra, mama is fine! You go and get changed, then maasi will give you lunch, okay?" Minal replied and kissed her forehead

"I was waiting for you to come along with papa to pick me up from school." Anayra said sadly

"Baby, mama was not well, so I asked her to take rest. Now let's go and have lunch?" Maahi said and Anayra held her hand to walk out

Arsal entered the room and sat on the chair opposite Minal.
