[Snippet 1]

When Saifah finished taking the medicine, I rush him to sleep on the bed.

"When I'm done doing the dishes, I will go home."

"Can you not go back yet?" Said Saifah, with an imploring expression.

"Why?"

"I want you to stay, just in case my fever worsening and there's no one around."

"You are really that weak, huh?" I turn, asking the person who lies on the bed.

"Well, if it happens that I die in this room, what to do then?"

"Someone like you, there's no way for you to die in a room like that." I shake my head.

"I will stay with you until the evening then. And if your fever continues to rise, I think the fault is all mine, letting you be in the rain yesterday."

"I willing to do it."

"Even if you're willing to do it, you shouldn't act like a hero that way. This, it is lucky that the lightning didn't strike. Next time, don't ever do something like this na Saifah."

"I don't want to do it either..." Saifah responds heavily. "... but the bracelet, it's important  to me."

"..."

"Even when you didn't see it that way."

"How can you know that I'm seeing it that way?"

I mutter under my breath, didn't want Saifah to hear it clearly, the thing that I said, because the fact is, the bracelet he made for me is actually very important for me too.

It just, at that time, I think life is much valuable than the bracelet.

We shouldn't risk our lives in the middle of heavy rain and lightning like that.

"You are a fool."

The bracelet can be re-make whenever, but your life, there's only one Saifah.

"Well, it might be that way really."

"You should hurry get to sleep and relax." I hurriedly let him to lie on the bed before I walk away, turning off all the light in the room.

The bowl of porridge has been taken to wash, all along with other bowls. I do all of them and quietly approach the patient

I bring one hand to touch his forehead, measuring the fever who is now lying on the bed again.

"You already took the medicine, but why is it still hot?"

After complaining, I rush to take a small-size towel and a basin filled with water, wanting to wipe Saifah's body.

I wipe his body over and over again, sitting there and observing him until I feel his fever slightly decreased. I grab the phone, checking the time.

In the end, when I'm pretty confident that the body temperature of Saifah is okay, I quietly stand on my feet and getting ready to return home.

"Zon."

The room owner calls me while grabbing me by my hand.

"What?" I turn around, responding to him with a huge smile.
