4; what ifs

sunghoon's pov.

"Sooyoung. Can we go to the skating rink later?" I asked with a smile.

"Sure. What time?" She said.

"Around 5. See you!" I said with a bright smile. I just felt excited and happy.

"Sure, see you then." she said softly.

sooyoung's pov. | 4pm ; school finished

Sunghoon:
5pm at d cafe, right?

Sunghoon:

I turned around and there he was. I felt like he has something to tell me because he gave me the 'I have something to tell you' smile. We headed inside and sat at the table.

There were only a few customers. Chill/rnb music was playing so the ambiance was relaxing. We ordered iced coffee, a serving of cake and 2 macaroons. It was tasty. After this, we'll head to the ice rink.

"What will you do when someone you like suddenly falls for you?" A sudden question I asked. He was shocked and looked like he was caught off guard. We finished eating early so we walked to the ice rink already.

"I'd give her the best because I chose to be with her." He said with a smile. Actually, I'm shocked with his sudden words.

"Let's head in," Sunghoon gestured his hand. We put on our skates then started skating. He showed me some of his moves and I was amazed. We were joyfully playing and having fun.

"What will you do if someone likes you but you don't reciprocate the same feelings towards that person?" He asked. The question was really sudden and I immediately thought of a genuine answer.

"I'll admit that I don't have feelings for them, but in a nice way. I won't say it harshly. Crushing on someone means you admire them, right? It doesn't necessarily mean they love me," I asked and he nodded. "Then I'll also thank them because they find beauty or something good in me. I won't tell them in a harsh manner. They're allowed to like people as long as they don't go overboard like do things that make that person uncomfortable." I said.

"What if it's me?" He laughed, trying to tease me.

"I'll think about it," I said while I giggled.

sunghoon's pov.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I can't say I like her, directly.. right now. I'll just confess next time. It's too early I guess? But if I confess and she rejects, does that mean we'll be awkward with each other?

"Sunghoon, let's go!" She said after taking her skates off. I nodded and told her that I know a good place with a refreshing view. It's 5:30 pm right now and she agreed so while we were walking, I grabbed her wrist and we started running. I led her to the rooftop with a nice city view. I go there when I feel like I need some air.

"Woah it's nice in here! I love this view." she said

"Sooyoung, can you smile?"

"Why?" She said while giggling. Camera flicker. She was flustured and shocked by the sudden flash. She just smiled at me and she playfully pinched my cheeks while giggling.

"Sunghoon, what do you want to be in the future?" Sooyoung asked.

"Me? I wanna be yours." I said while she laughed at me and playfully patted my back. After 5 more minutes, we went home. Before we parted ways, she thanked me and told me she enjoyed.
