Evania came home to Sylvia sitting on the couch with a movie playing, and her small pill bottle sitting on the kitchen counter with a note tapped to the countertop right in front of it.

She closed the door behind her, getting Sylvia to look over the back of the couch with a smile. "Welcome home!"

"Is everything okay?" Evania asked curiously.

"Yeah. I just don't want to forget to take these things." Sylvia motioned over her shoulder towards the bottle. "The Doc told me they were important and that I would feel a lot better if I did. He said it might take a few days for them to 'get in my system' but that afterwards I shouldn't have headaches as often."

"That sounds about right." Evania answered, heading past the couch to drop her things off in her room before going over to the counter to read the note. "I'm assuming you expect me to remind you to take them then?"

"Maybe for a few day before I get used to having to remember to take them." Sylvia shrugged. "I'd like to avoid using you as a crutch of course."

"I'm sure." Evania rolled her eyes. "How's your arm?"

Sylvia perked up with a smile. "I got the stitches out!"

"Really?" Evania asked, making her way to the couch where she sat beside her. The succubus happily allowed the vampire to take her arm noting that the bandages looked fresh and professionally done.

"Yep. Obviously there's still a pretty bad gash there, but it's healed enough where it's not hanging opened without help anymore." Sylvia explained. "Still stings a bit, and can still reopen if I'm not too careful, but otherwise it's much better."

"Do you think it'll scar?" Evania found herself asking.

"I'm not sure. I've never seen a succubus with a scar. I've seen missing limbs obviously, but not scarring." Sylvia shrugged. "Maybe there's something in succubi that prevent it, or maybe we just tend to make sure things like that don't happen. Maybe I'll get a nasty scar from this and tell everyone I got into a fist fight with a monster or something."

"I hope it doesn't."

"I can handle a little scar like that treasure."

"It would be taking up most of your arm." Evania noted.

"And it looks cooler to have bandages on both arms." Sylvia smiled, holding up her left arm which was still wrapped up to prevent people from seeing her crest. "They'll think I'm always getting into fights! Ooo! Maybe I should just start fighting in the arena all the time?"

"That's up to you."

"Would you ever fight?"

"I never learned how to fight." Evania shrugged. "I learned how to kill and be a monster, but I never learned any skills or anything that would serve me in one on one fight. I was taught to take advantage of people. To strike when they're not expecting it. Not cross swords." Evania shrugged.

"I'll have to teach you then." Sylvia grinned happily.

Evania glanced towards the balcony window before a gentle smile crossed her lips. "It's going to start getting colder soon."

"Doesn't the school have a magic bubble with an artificial climate or something?" Sylvia raised a curious eyebrow.

"It does. But it can only do so much. It'll probably still get pretty chilly even in the barrier. But it might not be able to snow, unless of course they want it to snow in here."

"We can just have Kai come over and use her as a personal space heater." Sylvia grinned, getting Evania to roll her eyes.

"Do you really want to fight in the arena?"
