Jake's POV

I woke up with Kaden in my arms. I quickly pulled my arms away. I accidentally moved him and he sat up."My butt hurts-" he said groggily.

"Oh, it does?" I said trying to hold my laughter in. I sat up and we looked at each other.

"Are you okay?" I said, lifting his chin up with my finger. "I don't know- I feel weird." said Kaden. "Why do you feel weird?" I asked him. "I cheated on my girlfriend. I guess that's why I feel weird. I don't think it's because of anything else." he said. "Well if you want to, we can pretend this never happened." I said.

"I don't want to." He said as he blushed a little.

I put my phone on the countertop. I leaned on the counter, in the kitchen.

What happened to Diana? Why did I let her leave?

"Hey, are you okay?" asked Kaden. "Yeah, I'm fine." I said. "Oh, okay!" he said. Right as he was going to walk away, I grabbed onto his arm and I stopped him. "What?" he looked at me with confusion in his eyes. "Do you mind talking for a bit?" I asked.

"I don't mind at all. What do you want to talk about?"

Ally's POV

"I know we're both in our own separate relationships but, I think I like you." said Jake who was in the kitchen with Kaden. I stood from afar and I listened to then talk. "Y-you do?" said the flustered Kaden. Jake stood there in silence as Kaden began to blush. "Well we can't judge feelings over one night." said Kaden.

"You're right." said Jake.

"At least you're being honest." said Kaden.

What are they- WAIT- THEY LIKE EACH OTHER?

There was an awkward pause between the two before Kaden spoke up again.

"I think I like you too." Kaden murmured. "Wait, really?" asked Jake. "Yeah, but y'know the situation. We can't do much about us." said Kaden as he placed his hand on Jake's.

Before I knew it, they were leaning in closer to each other, with their fingers interwoven with one another's.

OH! WHAT DO I DO?!? DO I WAIT AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS OR DO I JUMP IN?!?

As I was I was contemplating about what I should do and if I should even do anything, they were about to go at it. It was as if I forgot that time didn't freeze. I looked up at them and I wished that I didn't. They're lips were connected with no gaps between the two. They were way too close for comfort.

Shit- Is this for real? Is Kaden really doing this to his lovely Raven!? Oh my- Jake, why!? I know Diana was a bitch, but you didn't have to do that to her. I can't even believe Albert liked Jake. Albert, Raven and Diana deserve better. Jesus- wait I should stop them.

I stomped into the kitchen to get their attention.

"Good morning, boys!" I yelled. They quickly pulled back from each other and they looked at me woth a shocked expression in their faces. "What were you guys doing?" I asked. "Oh, um-" I cut Kaden off by speaking over him. "I saw you two!" I reproached them. "What!?" said Jake. "Y'know what? Forget it! I apologize for yelling at both of you." I said. "Ally, are you okay?" asked Jake.

I quickly nodded and I faked a smile.

"Good morning, guys!" said Kirsten as she walked into the kitchen. She immediately laid her eyes on Jake and they made eye contact. "Jake, can we talk?" she asked. "Sure." he said. "Ok, let's just go outside for a bit." she said. Jake nodded and they both left.

"I'll be right back." said Kaden, clearing his throat. He walked away and left me alone in the kitchen.

I froze and took a moment to let everything sink in when I heard buzzing. I looked at the counter where Jake's phone rested. I hesitantly picked it up and I answered the call.

"Hello?"

"Hey, this is Crystal Skye from Hollygarden County First Response Hospital. We have been informed that this is Jake's number. Is this right?"

"Y-yeah?" I said anxiously.

"Well can we get him on the phone? We have some news regarding Bridget Diana Williams."

"Diana!? Y-yeah! I'll get him on the phone!" I said. I ran outside to where Jake and Kirsten were.

"Jake! They're calling from a hospital and they're asking for you." I yelled, causing him to jump. "Hospital?" he asked. "Wait, what hospital." asked Kirsten. "Hollygarden County First-" Kirsten cut me off mid sentence and she spoke. "Wait why are they calling!?" she asked. "They said something about Diana." I said. I chucked the phone at Jake and he put it up to his ear.

"Hello?" he said.

Kirsten and I stood there and listened to Jake talk on the phone. He looked panicked as seconds went by. When he was done with the call, he hung up and he looked at Kirsten.

"Can you drive me to the hospital, please?" he asked. "What's wrong?" she asked. "Diana was apparently found handcuffed in a car with another person who was sitting in the driver's seat. They took them to the hospital and she gave them my phone number and told them to call me." said Jake.

"Oh- I'll go get my keys." said Kirsten.
