So I feel like a complete dumbass right now......
Tonight, me and my mom tried out a new recipe. It's sweet n' sour chicken and rice, and it had crushed pineapple in it. I didn't like the way the pineapple looked all cooked together, but I had to try it, so I did. It didn't taste too bad, mixed with the chicken, but I still didn't like the way it looked. Anyway, I'm just causally eating it and when CRUNCH, something crunchy cracks on my teeth. I slowly try and chew through it, but I keep feeling the crunchy thing. I told my mom what it was as she noticed I was chewing weird, and I spit it out and didn't see anything. I was a bit shook my it, and my eyes watered up for no reason. Anyway, I decided I just didn't like the pineapple, and just picked out the chicken and ate it, along with the rice. I had almost finished this portion when CRACK, it happens again. My mom heard it this time and mentioned she had no crunchy things in her serving. Disgusted, I spit that out too (still didn't see anything), and I randomly started crying FOR NO REASON. My mom said I didn't have to eat anymore, and asked why I was crying. I told her I didn't know, but the crunchy thing felt gross in my mouth, and I set the plate down roughly. I quickly pulled myself together and now I'm in bed, feeling better, but now with anxiety. LIKE WTF WAS THAT, I HATED IT. My mom said it shouldn't have been bone, since it was skinless, boneless meat. I've already done several teeth checks and none of them are cracked or damaged. Idek, but now I have anxiety for no reason over it and I embarrassed myself by crying.
