Kol's pov

I soon get Davina to a doctor at the hospital. I know probably not the best place but there's none else I can take her too. I don't trust any of the witches right now so I'm getting her checked over by a human doctor since the hospital is the safest place right now.

I walk over to the reception desk with Davina who is standing on her own but she keeps coughing every now and then. "Excuse me, we need to see a doctor. My girl was in an accident which involved a lot of smoke which I think got in her lungs so she needs seeing too and she's pregnant" I explain to the nurse behind the desk not even realizing what I had called Davina.

The nurse glances at Davina who coughs into her fist "I'll call for someone" she says before pressing a button "could someone please bring a wheel chair to the front desk. We have a patient who needs seeing too" she says before looking back at us.

"Someone will be here shortly" she explains before another nurse comes out pushing an empty wheelchair in front of her. "Are you the patient?" She asks glancing at Davina who nods "okay just sit in the wheelchair and we'll get you checked over" the nurse instructs and Davina sits in the wheelchair.

The nurse starts to turn around to take her away but I stop her and take control of the wheelchair so I'm the one pushing Davina. "Sir you need to stay in the waiting room" the nurse says making me glare at her "I'm not going anywhere" I respond making her nod "of course" she replies before walking ahead of me.

"You know you don't have to come with me. They're just going to do a check up, I'll be fine" Davina tries to reassure me "I know but there's no way I'm leaving you alone love" I respond no way I'm leaving her alone after what happened today. I left her alone and she nearly died in a fire because of the witches.

Davina doesn't say anything as we keep strolling down the hospital corridor.
.
.
We soon arrive at a small examination room where Davina will be checked over by the doctor.

"Okay just stay here and a doctor shall be with you soon" the nurse explains as Davina sits on the medical bed before leaving the room, leaving us alone.

"How are you feeling love?" I ask as I walk over to her "I'm okay as one could ever be after getting caught in a fire" she explains before a little cough escapes her mouth.

"Who was that guy that carried you out the fire?" I ask curiously making her frown "someone carried me out?" she asks "yes, don't you know that?" I ask and she shakes her head "I passed out Kol so I don't know. One minute I was banging at the door yelling for help and then everything went black" she explains making me nod.

"So he saved me and gave me CPR?" she asks making me frown as I was the one who gave her CPR and got her breathing. "He got you out the fire but he didn't give you CPR, I did" I respond hoping she remembers that we shared a brief kiss.

"You did? Sorry I don't remember, everything was quite hazzy when I came out of my unconsciousness" she says "it's okay love, I'm just glad you're okay. I got scared for a moment back there" I respond making a small smile appear on her face. "No need to get scared, I'm a tough cookie" she replies just as the door opens and a doctor walks in.

"Okay the nurse told me the issue so let's get you checked over" he says so Davina lies back on the medical bed. "What's your name?" he asks as he starts writing on a clipboard "Davina Marshall" Davina replies "okay and how old are you?" he asks "18" she replies and he nods.

"The nurse told me you're pregnant" he says glancing at her "that is correct" Davina replies "how far along are you?" he asks "3 and a half months" Davina responds and the doctor nods before placing the clipboard down. "Okay now first things first I'm gonna check your blood pressure and then I will check on the baby" he explains "could you check on the baby first please?" Davina asks and I know by the sound of her voice, she's worried about the baby. I'm worried too even though I can hear the baby's heartbeat but just because I can hear a heartbeat doesn't mean nothings wrong.
