“Who..are you?” Y/n asked as he eyed the familiar man in front of him

“Can't even remember your own father? What kind of a son are you?” The boy behind him scoffed

“father?..No you might be mistaken sir my dad died in a car accident.” Y/n politely said ignoring the boy's comment

“That's what your mom told you, I survived Y/n.” His 'Dad' said smiling at him

Y/n's hand clenched as image of his father's body lying down beside me covered in his own blood flashed through his mind

“No..you..how..why-” he couldn't get the right word as his head began to hurt

“The accident wasn't exactly accident, your grandfather knew that I was trying to take you away from them that's why they followed us and purposely hit our car that caused us to flip over.” His dad explained while walking towards his side of the bed and placing a hand on top of his shoulder

“Ive been trying to reach out to you but your mother keeps hiding you away from me until I found Kiyosuke, he helped me locate you.” he said while pouting towards the boy who just rolled his eyes

“He may look like a tough one but he's a good boy, he's just shy.” His dad said chuckling irking Kiyosuke

“Hah!? I'm not shy, shut up!” Kiyosuke yelled

Y/n remained silence, he couldn't hear anything but his own heartbeat. His breathing became uneven as bids on sweat starts to form on his forehead

How could this happen? His very own family tries to kill him not once but twice.

His brother was killed not went missing, And its his own mother's fault.

His father was sent away from him, he was forced to be under his mother's control.

“You...” Y/n muttered catching the two's attention

“You're were not sent away...you left me” he said looking at his father's eye

“What do you mean?” His dad asked furrowing his eyebrows

“You were scared that you might get killed so you left me..and you didn't find Kiyosuke..he's your son.” Y/n said

“How did you know?” His father asked

“I didn't, everything I saw was made up..I was trying to catch you and it worked.” he smiled

His father and Kiyosuke were both caught off guard and has shiver ran down their spine, they didn't expected for this to happen

“So tell me..why do you have another son..Dad?” Y/n slowly turns his head towards the boy who's trying Gus best not to flinch when he saw Y/n's smile

“Kiyosuke, let's go.” His dad said

They were about to leave when suddenly they heard Y/n's laugh, causing them to pause and look at him

He has his hand covering his face while laughing in pure madness, the bandage on his cheek turned red since the wound have reopened.

The second-year's mentality have became unstable.

“Well see you at the finals.” His father said

“Oh you will see me, and after that you will never ever see me again because I don't have a father who is nothing but a coward!” Y/n said while glaring at the man

Kiyosuke was about to step up when his dad stopped him and dragged him out the room.

Y/n's laugh died down and was replaced with crying, he sobbed and shakes as he wraps his arm around his body he screamed on top of his lungs while gripping his hair

A group of nurses came in and injected him with a syringe that slowly calmed him down and soon he began falling asleep

Days have passed and Y/n was bow discharged and was heading towards the shiratorizawa gym where his teammates are currently practicing

He stepped inside and ignored the stares he's receiving from his teammates

“Oi Y/n are you okay now?” Shirabu asked

“Do you think I'll go here if I'm not okay?” Y/n asked while changing his shirt

Shirabu grew an irk mark and threw a ball towards the male hitting him on the back of his head

Y/n stopped changing and slowly picked up the stray ball and turned to face shirabu, he smiled and walked towards the male and forcefully shoved the ball to his chest causing for shirabu to stumble backwards

“Kenjirō, if you do that again I'm afraid I might end up breaking your bones.” Y/n chuckles as he continued changing

Tendō laughed and swung an arm around the males shoulder

“I know you won't do it Y/n-kun!” Tendō laughed

“Who say's I can't? If I can make a volleyball explode just by hitting it then imagine if I hit someone's head repeatedly on a wall?” Y/n said smiling

The whole gymnasium was covered in thick layer of silence, everyone was scared to say a word. What they just heard was disturbing.

Y/n noticed the sudden drop of atmosphere and gave them a closed eye smile while putting up a peace sign

“I'm just kidding, anyways let's get back to practice!”
