Killer Frost stepped into the shower and turned it to ice cold. Just the way she likes it. She hasn't been able to properly shower in ages—she's almost forgotten the feeling of it since she's been dormant—mostly unconscious inside Caitlin Snow. For some reason, something triggered her and now she was finally able to emerge. No necklace can stop her anymore. She hummed to herself, feeling the cold water on her body when she suddenly got a ringing in her ears. She felt a terrible headache overcome her as she clutched her head trying not to scream in pain.

Flashes of Caitlin appear in her mind. She was trying to get out. She has awoken inside of her. She hastily got out of the shower and wrapped a towel around her—trying to shake the dizziness off.

Savitar was still reading the magazine when he looked up. "You okay?" He asked.

"Yes." I lied. "Change of plans. You go steal what you need for the suit alone. I have some things to do."

She didn't want to tell Savitar as much as she wanted to. She can't trust him completely. Besides, she lied to him about Caitlin being gone since the beginning although she knew it wasn't what happened. She was still inside her somewhere which means there's a chance she can take control again. She can't let that happen.

"What do you mean? This was your idea in the first place. You were so excited and now you don't want to come?" He tilted his head, his brows furrowed. He was confused at her sudden change of heart.

I brushed past him and put on some clothes. "Don't question me. Now are you going to go or what?"

"I'm getting hungry anyway, do you want anything?"

I shook my head as he left. She couldn't let him get suspicious of her so she has to do this fast. She has to figure out a way to get rid of Caitlin completely. And she's going to do whatever it takes to get this done. Even if it meant lying to Savitar. Before she was in control, she's been dormant inside of Caitlin for a long time. The brief moments she's been awake before she would eventually fall back into unconsciousness, she's been watching and listening to everything she could.

She saw the tests and research Caitlin has been doing to get rid of Killer Frost for good. She watched Caitlin grow so frustrated, she almost did the one thing she didn't think she was capable of. Getting in contact with Amunet. Amunet was the crime lord who sells stolen technology in the black market. She's been operating for quite a while now and is very well-known to "certain" people. Even sweet, old Caitlin Snow grew so desperate, she even considered getting in contact with her because Amunet might have the technology to get rid of Frost. Of course, she didn't go through with it. Caitlin didn't have the guts.

But she does. Unfortunately, Amunet's main operation was back in Central City. She's going to have to go back to the place she hates. After she does, she's going to do the one thing Caitlin Snow didn't have the guts to.

She has to thank Caitlin for that. As much as she hated being unable to do anything while Caitlin was in control, there were some perks like getting the information she needed by listening and watching everything the moments she was awake.

Plus, she also knows how close Savitar and Caitlin have gotten. Savitar can deny it all he wants but the part that cares for her is there. Which means she can't trust him as much as she wants to. He might even try to get Caitlin back if she tells anything. Which means she's going to have to do this alone.

She left the motel and headed for a library. She needs a computer if she's going to figure out where Amunet is in Central City to see if she can contact her.

The library was almost empty when she got there. She made a beeline to a computer and started researching.

There wasn't much information on her online which is understandable considering it's a black market where she sells stolen tech. Her real name was Leslie Jocoy and surprise surprise, she was a stewardess on a flight the night when the particle accelerator exploded. If she's still alive that means she's a metahuman.

Now all Frost has to do is find a way to get back to Central City without making Savitar suspicious as well.

She got up and headed for the exit when she felt like her head was going to explode. She grips a nearby chair and squeezed her eyes shut trying to block Caitlin out. It was only a matter of time now. She has to reach out to Amunet Black quick before this gets worse.

Savitar got back to the motel to see that Killer Frost wasn't here. He wasn't surprised nor worried. She can take care of herself and go anywhere she wants to, Savitar doesn't own her. He decided to look around the city and enjoy himself. He already tried a bunch of food and his favorite was the sangria, the pasta, and the tortilla. The food was amazing here. He still misses Big Belly Burger back at Central City but he could get used to the food here too.

He found himself at the Gran Via. Although it was late, the city was buzzing with people and light. He passed by a bunch of nightclubs. Killer Frost was missing out. She would have loved this wherever she is now. He couldn't exactly call her up since neither of them didn't own a phone. He passed by a bunch of shops and malls. He even decided to buy himself a new outfit which is black of course.

As he strolled down the avenue with his new clothes, he spotted the vast Telefónica Building and an early example of a skyscraper. He couldn't help but be in awe of the city. A couple of street performers smiled at him as they danced and play their guitars. He couldn't help but stop to watch them. He and a bunch of other people were clapping as they finished with a bow when someone beside him said, "that was amazing isn't it?"

He turned and it was the last person he expected to be here. Barry himself.

He nodded at him. "Glad the transmogrifier is working."

"What are you doing here?" I hissed at him.

"We need to talk."
