It is with a heavy heart i write this chapter, i don't know how to start or how am even gonna finish but i believe in purging out my emotions through writing so here i go.
I have been feeling down and emotional lately due to the present situation of my wonderful county, Nigeria 🇳🇬 🇳🇬. Nigeria is blessed with good, wonderful, intelligent, beautiful people, trust me... The country is blessed. We are so strong and we always adapt even in hard situations, we tend to adjust, but when you see a Nigerian citizen not to talk of citizens crying out in pains for help, know that the culprits had cross the line.
Currently, we good citizens of Nigeria stood up in one voice ignoring our religion, tribe, status to fight against police brutality, corruption, hunger, unfulfilled promises, banditry, insurgency not know our common enemy was our 'self righteous leaders'.
Am not gonna say much... Cause i don't have much to say, in fact i had writers block for days and we all know how frustrating that is. The situation as not only affected me mentally but physically as we are all restricted from going out.
Like i said earlier am not going to say much cause am feeling down, really down and confused right know cause how can a sane government order the military to gun down and kill civilians who are youths, who are just protesting peacefully, who are exercising their fundamental human right! In a country where there is law and order! A country we claim we are practicing democracy! You know what?... After the sorry excuse of a speech the president gave yesterday.. Am done.
But we won't give up... We move.
