you grabbed a sandwich from the cafeteria and walked around with your earphones in listening to music. you walked to the gym and sat down. you looked at the basketball court and the net. it reminded you of when you were younger and played in your backyard. you put your bag down and picked up a basketball

y/n: it's been a while huh

you finished the last bit of sandwich you had in your mouth and threw the ball in.

y/n: and I can STILL make a three

you started bouncing the ball around, practicing your handles. basketball was always your favorite sport and you'd always play when you had the free time but ever since you developed your quirk you stopped playing. you kept making hoops and hyping yourself up in the empty gym

you shot the ball

y/n: a phenomenal three! ms. perfect! green machine!!

you said in a raspy voice and walking around looking like hulk.

y/n: no one can stop her-
bakugo: I can probably stop you
y/n: AH- what the fuck!

you throw the ball at him and he caught it with one hand.

you grabbed the ball from bakugo and made another three

you both had your game faces on and began to play. you were having fun and laughing and so was bakugo, it was the first time you heard him laugh without it being him making fun of someone it was a genuine laugh and giggle, yes giggle! todoroki and momo were walking by the gym and bakugo had left the door open so he saw you two, he stopped at the door and looked at you for a while, he looked at bakugo and then kept walking

momo: whats wrong?
todoroki: hm? oh.. nothing.. let's go to the roof
momo: okay!

y/n: that's not fair!
bakugo: yes it is!
y/n: we never said we could use quirks!
bakugo: you're just mad I dunked on your ass!
y/n: WITH YOUR QUIRK!

he looked at you and laughed, which made you laugh. you tried to keep a mad face but the laughter was creeping out of you

y/n: oh you- fucking STOP!

you said finally laughing and taking the ball away from him. he patted your head and walked to get his bag

bakugo: I won
y/n: whatever
bakugo: hurry up
y/n: i'm going

you ran to get your backpack and ran to catch up to him.
