It was so sudden!

I felt like thousand of things happened inside my mind in just a span of one second!

I was breathing heavily because of something that I feel in my heart. It is pounding inside my chest so hard, I feel like it can burst out anytime.

He's awake. In that vision.

What the hell.

It's not like I did something wrong, but... It feel terribly weird.

Lumabas ako agad at bumaba na. Medyo pinakalma ko muna ang aking sarili dahil baka biglang magtaka sina lola.

"O apo, dito na maghahapunan si Lolo Gael mo, gusto mo bang ipagluto siya ng adobo?"

Ayun ang bumungad sakin pag kababa ko. Lola wants me to cook for our dinner. Since natapos ko na naman ang mga assignments ko, at nagawa ko na rin yung pinapagawa ni Riley kaninang lunch ay free na ako ngayon. Pumayag akong magluto kasi kahit papaano ay doon ako makakatulong kay Lola dito sa bahay.

Halos adobo pa lang ang namamaster ko na putahe. I learned if from my dad. Last year lang actually. If I had knew that something would happen, I would have spent my every moment with him too. I would have insisted to learn how to cook. Pero wala eh. I can't go back. Time already locked it.

Habang nagluluto ay di pa rin maalis sa isipan ko yung kanina. Kapag nagising yung lalaki, di ko alam ang gagawin ko. Pakiramdam ko ay magtatago lang ako sa kuwarto buong araw.

But come to think of it, he really looks okay. I mean, he looks healthy. Ano kaya iyong nararamdaman niya? Kinulam? Nanuno?

Iwinaksi ko na lang sa isipan ko ang lahat at nagfocus sa ginagawa.

Tuluyan nang lumubog ang araw nang makatapos ako sa pagluluto. Di ito kasing sarap ng kay Papa, pero ayos naman ang lasa.

Nang makapaghain na ako ng mga pagkain ay tinawag ko na si Lola at si Lolo Gael na nakaupo sa may hardin. You can see different flowers in Lola's Garden and that's what I love about this house.

"Lola--"

Napatigil ako nang matanto na nakapikit si Lola habang nakaharap sa papalubog na araw. Sa paligid ng bench na inuupuan ay nakaumpok ang iba't ibang bulaklak. Lolo Gael was just looking at my grandmother.

Lola is doing it again.

Is she conversing with someone? Alternatively, she could be attaching herself to who knows where. I can sense this distinct vibe that surrounds the air because her lips is whispering something.

It was almost magical to see. I saw Lola heal for a few times, but this is my first time seeing her like this.

I can sense Lolo Gael's admiration for my grandmother the way he looks at her. I wonder if Lola can feel it too?

Lola continued to be like this till the sun set. She opened her eyes and took a deep breath when the orange horizon was fully immersed in darkness.

She looks heartbroken as she shakes her head at Lolo Gael. Then Lolo Gael takes a step back and looks at the ground. Lola reaches out her hand to his shoulder in an attempt to console him.

I do not understand a thing... But I hope they'll be fine.

I only met Lolo Gael awhile ago, but I somehow feel familiarity in him.

I just waited for them inside and when they finally enter the house, we all prepared for dinner. Nasa hapag na kami at pakiramdam ko ay may kung anong mabigat na dinadala si Lola at Lolo. I was about to take my first bite when I remember something.
