"Are you sure you already pack everything?"

"Don't be nosy, Erica!"

"We can't leave anything behind, you know? Either we took it or we burned it."

"Yeah, yeah, sure"

A man and a woman's bickering sound filled the house as they pack and move their things across the room. The woman then walks approaching another man who silently stood in front of the fireplace, reading the papers in his hand.

"You sure you won't take any?"

The man looked at the woman and replied, "I already memorized everything."

"You know these things won't ensure our memories will remain the same right?" the other man joins in.

"Yeah, but we also never know whether we will always be in this world right? It's better to be safe."

"You think there'll be others?"

"I'm sure. That's the reason I started this in the first place. As I end up here, there should be many more."

"The alternate universe, huh?"

The man chuckled upon his friend's blunt remarks.

"You sound like you don't believe it. Yet, here you are."

"The point of following you is to prove all your theory, aren't we?"

"I believe in you."

"Yeah, you always believe in him"

"Oh, shut up!"

The man looked at his pocket watch. "It's time."

The woman nodded, holding her bag, and the other man just gave a long sigh and shouldering his. The man looks again at the paper in his hand. He devoted his previous and current life to complete this spell.

He throws the papers into the fire, watching it burn before walking away.

The three people walk out from their small hut in the middle of the night. Greet by the smell of the forest and the light of the stars and the bright two moons in the sky.

"Kean," the man asked after they are out

The other man sighed, then snapped his finger.

In an instant, the place where the three of them have spent together burn in a blue fire. Destroying the only place they could call home for the sake of destroying every evidence. The fire won't die until it eats everything into ashes.

"It's time we part ways. I don't have anything left, I'll leave first."

"Take care, Rene," the woman said.

"Until we meet again," the man gave his last goodbye before they walked away.

The man smiled at his two disappearing friends. The promise with infinite possibilities where and when it can be fulfilled.

The man walks to the edge of the cliff after he saw his friends left. He took a deep breath and jumped off.
