Ch. 68 "I'm okay"

I looked at Marcel with blank eyes, 

"Kid you don't look to good," He said kneeling down at my level, 

"Marcel... I did something terrible," I said 

He shrugs off his jacket putting it on me, 

"Come on lets go talk at my place but keep the blood covered," He said 

I nodded 

We walked for a bit until we came to his place, he took me to his office and sat me in a chair, 

"Ky," He said 

"I did something unforgivable Marcel," I said looking at my open hands 

"What did you do?" He asked 

"I killed him..." I said still in shock

"Who?" He asked 

I combed my hands threw my hair, 

"Oh my god I killed him.." I mumbled 

I was starting to panic, 

That fast Marcel was in front of me, 

"Hey, Hey, Hey calm down, deep breaths remember," He said 

I nodded 

You see when I was still living here, he helped me, I saved his life stuck in a Coyote form and he helped me, 

I did as he told me, 

"Good, now who did you kill?" He asked 

"My stepfather.... I didn't mean it, I just lost control," I said 

"That bastard was still hunting you?" He asked 

I nodded, 

"He captured me from my real family, and was torturing me, then something happened and I left him bleeding out," I said 

"Hey he deserved it a long time ago," He said 

I shook my head, 

"But doesn't that make me just as much of a monster as he is," I said feeling my eyes glow, 

"No Ky, you were simply defending yourself," He said 

"That's what I keep telling myself, but..." I said 

"But what?" He asked 

"It doesn't make up for the fact that I took a life.." I mumbled 

"Ky, look at me you did what you had to do to survive," He said 

I felt tears form in my eyes, 

"Can I borrow you phone so I can let my family know I'm okay," I said 

"Sure," He said smiling 

I dialed Klaus's number 

"Hello," I heard him say

"Daddy..." I said 

"Kylie! where are you? are you alright? we've been worried sick about you," He said 

"I'm okay, just know that I'm okay," I said 

"That doesn't answer my question sweetheart," He said 

"I know.." I said 

"Where are you?" He said more demanding 

"I'm in New Orleans with a friend," I said 

"We will be there as soon as possible okay sweetheart," He said 

"Okay," I said 

with that I hung up, 

Marcel smiled at me, taking his phone, 

"Let me see," He said pointing at my stomach, 

The cut in my stomach was deep, with purple around it, 

"Jesus Ky that doesn't look too good," He said 

"It's healing slowly," I said 

"Lets wrap it up just to be safe," He said motioning me to follow him and I did
