Y/n's POV
"Hehehehehe.... Don't you two have to be up to clean the school?" My eyes slowly fluttered open as I saw one of the ghosts we've chased out of the dorm. I groaned a bit as I sat up, rubbing the tiredness out of my eyes.
"Unnnnn.... nya... Five more minutes...." Grim said tiredly as he went back to sleep. The other ghosts appeared after he said so.
"Laze about too long and you'll never wake up again." The smaller ghost stated, which gave me chills as I stretched a bit before riding from the bed.
"Just like us! Hehehehe!" The chubby one chuckled.
"I don't know if you guys are being funny or threatening right now...." I mumbled tirelessly as a yawn escaped my lips.
"Fugnsaaa!!! It's those ghosts again! Hey you, wake up- oh you're already awake." I hummed with a nod.
"Are you all going to be living here? You're gonna be pranked! Kehehehe!" The taller ghost laughed.
"Shoot. We'll get rid of you eventually!" Grim said to the three as I shrugged.
"I kinda like their presents. Feels nice." I smiled a bit. Then the door opened, and why am I not surprised. It's non other then Me. Gracious himself.
"Good morning you two. Did you sleep well?" Crowley asked us with a sing song tone.
"I was all sprawled out then I fell out the bottom!" Grim explained. "Just how ramshackle did you let this place get? Then the ghost woke me up. This is the worst!"
"I slept like a log." I shrugged. I didn't have that much trouble falling asleep. I can almost sleep anywhere to be honest.
"Even tho you are as fragile as a flower, you can still be cheeky. Wonderful! I came to speak to you about your work for today." I nodded as we head downstairs to the rundown lounge area. "Today, you are to clean the campus... But campus is quite large. Cleaning it even with magic would be impossible to complete. So, I would like you to clean Main Street from the main gate to the library. Understood? Please watch Grim closely so he doesn't cause a scene like yesterday." Crowley huffed.
"I understand." I nodded.
"I'm counting on you. You have permission to have lunch in the school cafeteria. Take care of your work enthusiastically." And with that, he left in a heartbeat.
"Che... No way I'm doing any cleaning." Grim huffed with his arms crossed over his chest fur. "I wanna go to class and bang! Boom boom boom! Use a bunch of awesome spells.
"We could go to the library after cleaning?" I said as I start to go back to my room to change for work. All I heard was grumbling from the cat.
I went to my room, and grabbed my clothes. It's a simple out fit. A F/c on the top half and S/f/c on the bottom half of a t-shirt with a hoodie with cat ears. Black leggings, white shoes, and high waisted, denim shorts. I also had some F/c fingerless gloves on as well.
I grabbed my things that I need for today as I go back to Grim.
"Took ya long enough! Now let's go!!" He pulled on my shirt sleeve as I giggled a bit.
"Ok, ok. Let's go clean Main Street." We then headed of to Main Street.

So after a good few minutes of walking, and getting the cleaning supplies, we finally made it to Main Street. And I gotta say, it's amazing to see the Great Seven statues!!
"Uwaaaaa!!! Amazing. So this is Main Street. I didn't get a good look yesterday but what's with these statues? All Seven of them look pretty scary." I snapped my head at the cat so fast that I think I heard something pop.
"You mean you don't know the Great Seven?" I asked as he shook his head no.
"This granny looks especially snobby." He pointed at one of the statues.
"That's the Queen Of Hearts." I answered.
"Queen Of Hearts? Is she important?" I nodded a yes.
"In the past, she was the Queen who lives in the Rose Maze. She was someone who valued the rules and discipline above all. Strict in a things from march of the Card Soldiers to the color of the rose bushes. It was a land of madness who all submit to her rule. Why you may ask? Because or else it was Off With Your Head!" I did a somewhat regal accent, well I tried to.
"That's terrifying!!" Grim yelled a bit.
"It's cool! I like it." Then we heard an unfamiliar voice behind us. I turned around to see a young boy, to looks to be my age, with strawberry blonde hair and a red heart on the left side of his face. "Nobody would listen to a queen who's just nice all the time, right?"
"I supposed. A strong leader is better." Grim agreed.
"But it may cross the line of being a strict ruler and being a tyrant ya know." I added but they seemed to not care.
"By the way, who're you?" Grim asked the strawberry blonde.
"I'm Ace. A fresh face first year. Nice to meetcha." He smiled nicely to us. I could see clearly a faint blush across his cheeks.
"I am Grim. A genius who will become the greatest magician. Oh an this is-" I cut him off before he says something that isn't true about me.
"I'm Y/n Wonderlin. Nice to meet you Ace!" I smiled at the boy. He blushed a bit more but shook it off.
"You got an odd sounding name but it's kinda familiar. Your last name that is." I scratch the back of my head nervously with an embarrassed blush on my face.
"Hey Y/n. The lion over there with the scar, are they famous?" Grim asked as he tugged on my sleeve. I looked at the statue of the lion and nodded.
