Harry POV

After brunch Brielle insisted on going on a walkabout the beach or enchanted lake which I won't complain about, I decided on the beach since I find the waves extra calming. Walking along the sandy white beaches with the lightest breeze, our hands interlocked and swinging back and forth as we walked on, it was perfect. We both stayed silent for most of the walk, but it was the most comfortable silence you could get as it wasn't even really silent. The crashing of the waves and the occasional bit of conversation was more than enough for me.

Once we were done with that the sun was nearing the horizon some. Brielle and I walked back to Auradon Prep, but instead of actually going back there she tugged my hand and lead me somewhere else,

"Where are we goin'?"

I casually asked as she lead me off,

"You'll see, I have one more little surprise for you"

She said, looking back at me and winking. I chuckled and allowed her to lead me wherever we are going.

After a few minutes of nothing but distant ocean waves and the sounds of our footsteps filled the air, her sweet voice interrupted the near-silent surroundings,

"When was the last time you were out on the water?"

I furrowed my brow and took a few larger stridden steps to catch up with her,

"As in?"

"You know, the last time you went out on the water via boat? The last time was cotillion yeah?"

Wait, is she seriously implying that we're going out on the water? If so then my goodness, she knows me far too well,

"I mean yeh, why do ye ask?"

I was nearly jumping around in excitement, anticipating her voices return as she stayed silent for a few seconds,

"Well, Ben has quite a few boats and has let me borrow one for the day"

She said, finally looking up at me instead of looking ahead. I felt my smile only widen as come on? What could be better than this? She's thought of everything as always,

"Are ya serious?"

We walked onto the docks as I muttered, looking in awe of all of the ships and boats bobbing in the water. Brielle giggled at my expression and stopped walking,

"You look like a kid in a candy store, how's this one eh?"

She asked, nodding her head in the direction of the impressive yacht next to us. I didn't care if it was a fishing boat, the fact that she thought about going out on the water for my birthday just has absolutely made my day. Brielle giggled at my speechlessness as I am also massively impressed by the yacht in front of us,

"Well no time to waste, you're the captain"

Brielle said before tugging me along again to the yacht. I did tell my dad that one time that I was going to be a captain one day, did I think it would be like this? Not necessarily, but am I over the moon nonetheless? Of course I am.

Third Person

Harry, though never having to operate a boat of this sort still of course was able to direct it just fine. There were two things his dad ingrained in him besides evil and that was how to use a sword and how to operate anything that could go on the water, he could probably handle any ship in a thunderstorm if he had to. Brielle and her curiosity watched intently at every move he made all until they were adrift in the sea, Auradon not far from view. Harry let the yacht exist on its own once they got far out enough, turning on his heels and clapping once,
