Sylvia stared at the woman in front of her with narrowed eyes. She wasn't the biggest fan of being told what to do, so the fact that the Siren was clearly trying to charm her with her voice was irritating enough.

But the smug expression on her face like there was no way anyone could ever stand up to her? That's what really got to Sylvia.

The red haired Siren held her smirk for a few more seconds before realizing that Sylvia's blank stair wasn't going anywhere. "Excuse me? Did you not-"

"I can hear you. I frankly just don't give a shit." Sylvia retorted. "And since your magic doesn't work on me you're going to have to try a little harder than that."

"What?" She blinked curiously. "You've got a pretty strong will to be able to resist so easily. That's actually kind of impressive."

"It has nothing to do with my will. But thanks anyway I guess." She waved her off and went to walk passed her as Evania came around the corner with Kai and Zali. The intention was go have lunch before their next set of classes but this Siren seemed to really want Sylvia's attention.

The Siren grabbed Sylvia's wrist, getting her to pause and glare back at her. "Look, I'm not interested in whatever bullshit this is. I'm sorry I got in your way or whatever the hell your problem is but I have things to do." Sylvia retorted.

"I'm well aware of the things you're referring to. I went to imply that you and I weren't finished with our conversation." The woman answered.

"What are you going to do? Bitch me into submission. You're magic doesn't work and I really don't care enough to deal with your high and mighty bullshit. Just get on with it so I can move on with my day." Sylvia rolled her eyes, pulling her arm free.

The woman's eyes locked on Sylvia's golden tattoos before noticing the purple ones lacing her body. She then looked up at Sylvia's face curiously, before noticing Evania and her friends coming over, with Evania herself glaring daggers at the woman.

"You should be a bit more careful Syl. Wouldn't want your 'Precious Treasure' thinking you're cheating on you." The woman smirked.

"I couldn't cheat on her if I wanted to. She and I share a mind and soul, idiot." Sylvia scoffed. "But you wouldn't know what that's like."

"Just because your mind says so, doesn't mean your body listens." The Siren answered. "My call might not effect you, but there are ways of getting around a magical barrier. Everyone has their weaknesses."

"I don't broadcast my strengths, so how would anyone know my weaknesses?"

"I think I'm looking at her." The Siren answered, glancing over Sylvia's shoulder at Evania who had stepped over. "It's a pleasure to meet you Lady Arthur. Sylvia was just telling me about you."

"Was I?" Sylvia raised a curious eyebrow.

"I was just wondering if you'd be so kind as to-"

Evania stopped listening to the voice and turned her head towards Sylvia. She could hear the magic trying to wrap it's way around her thoughts as the Siren spoke, an all too familiar magic to her own and that of her father's. She already knew how to push it down, so it had little to no effect. She was curious though as to why Sylvia looked as unphased as she did.

"Don't worry about me treasure. I'm immune to her weak ass magic." Sylvia grinned playfully. "How about you? That headache kicking in?" She glanced over at Zali and Kai, finding that Zali looked unphased as well, though she assumed the grasp on Kai's arm helped with it.

Sylvia looked back at the siren who was glaring at the two of them. "You all are no fun." She stated.

"Speaking of no fun. Since we're on the council I should also mention to you that the use of your magic and nature for selfish things is grounds for detention for the first offence." Sylvia noted. The women went to smirk and answer, but Sylvia continued. "So Galina, don't you think you should give it a rest?"
